One thing about me? I love a DIY at-home manicure. Between the rising costs of professional nail services and the time they require (finding two to three uninterrupted hours in your week to get your nails done can be a challenge), painting my own nails has become more appealing. And after I discovered Dazzle Dry, the fast-drying nail polish that lasts like gel (no UV light required), my DIY manicures actually replicate the look and feel of a salon manicure right at home.
The nail polish brand has been transforming the at-home nail game for years, and now, it’s starting to take over my TikTok FYP and other social media feeds. Here’s everything you need to know about the brand’s products and how they work.
What Is Dazzle Dry?
Dazzle Dry is most known for its ultrafast drying nail polish system (it only takes five minutes to fully dry) that lasts like gel without requiring any curing (read: less damage). The system entails four steps—but trust me, it’s much less intimidating than it sounds.
How Does Dazzle Dry Work?
The Dazzle Dry system involves using the brand’s Nail Prep (an alcohol solution to remove any oil and lint from the nails), Base Coat (apply two layers to each nail, letting each dry matte), your Dazzle Dry polish of choice (apply two coats to each nail, allowing each to dry matte), and Top Coat (apply one layer to each nail). The best part is that, thanks to how quickly each coat dries, you’ll fly through each step in a breeze.
As for removal, Dazzle Dry nail polish wipes off as easily as regular polish. We recommend using Dazzle Dry Remove (they offer both acetone and non-acetone versions), as it’s gentle and non-stripping, infused with lemongrass and clove oils. However, regular nail polish remover will also do the trick.
After using it for the past six months, I can attest that it truly lasts 10-14 days on my nails and is painless to remove.

If you’re new to the brand and starting fresh, I recommend purchasing the Dazzle Dry Build Your System Kit. It comes with the Nail Prep, Base Coat, a Dazzle Dry Nail Lacquer of your choice, Top Coat, and Revive (a solution you can add to your nail lacquer or top coat if they get too thick, which will “revive” your polish).

If you’re looking to try multiple colors and don’t want to commit to a full size yet, try one of the Mini Flights. These packs come with five mini polishes for $48 (one full-size polish is $22). My personal favorite mini flight is the French Manicure Mini Flight, the perfect pack if your go-to shades are milky whites and soft pinks.

Prefer a natural-looking, nearly-bare look? You’ll love Transform. The sheer, pale pink hue looks like your natural nail color, just glossier and more elevated. Plus, it’s designed to act as a ridge filler, meaning it smooths out nail imperfections and creates a smoother nail bed. You can use Transform on its own or apply it before your nail lacquer.

For the perfect light pink polish, I always reach for Strawberry Macaron. The semi-sheer, creamy shade consistently garners compliments, offering a subtle color that still looks clean and fresh.

A classic I can never get enough of is a true red, like Dazzle Dry Rapid Red. This is one of my top shades I gravitate towards year-round.

I love a dark blue mani, so Dazzle Dry Gambit is a must-have for my collection. It’s the perfect blue for fall and winter.

For my summer nails this year, I’ve been loving Dazzle Dry Lavender Parade. It brightens up any outfit, and I love how it’s not too cool-toned on my warm skin.

If you’re as obsessed with the butter yellow nail trend as I am, then you’ll love Dazzle Dry Sundress. The creamy, butter-y hue is sure to bring a smile to your face.
