When I think of celebrities that literally embody the term “makeup goals,” Amal Clooney and Hailey Bieber come to mind. For one, their makeup enhances their natural beauty and when you look at them, you see them first and the makeup second. The two frequent glowy skin, flushed cheeks, and glossy hair.
