The Best!
When I first received the Kate’s Castor Oil I didn’t think much of it because I had never used Castor Oil before. I’ve had oily or combination skin all my life so the thought of putting any oil on my face was totally bazaar in my mind. However, I got a gardener’s skin infection last spring and read about Castor Oil’s healing effects. The allopathic stuff didn’t work for me. So after trying it I was blown away by how much it helps heal my skin, even my “oily” skin without any breakout problems. Kate’s Castor Oil has very little to no smell to me and a good thick penetrating texture.I didn’t realize how good it was until I tried two other companies’ organic Castor Oils, including one from a major Essential Oil company. Hand’s down for my skin and hair Kate’s is by far much better.The other two felt like they were watered down in some way, for a lack of a better way to explain it. So they go dry or like none existent in a relatively short time. They’re both a little thicker than Sweet Almond Oil and Jojoba Oil. Possibly closer to like a good quality Olive Oil. But, Kate’s Castor Oil penetrates deeper, feels like it’s still around hours later, not in a sticky or greasy way, but in a healing way. It even helps heal the nostrils just inside my nose when the air gets too dry.So depending on what your needs are or what you’re using it for I would gage it from that perspective. Do you need something pretty light or something thicker with substance?

I have been noticeably losing lashes due to stress and decided to try to grow them back. I’d heard of castor oil but was skeptical. I applied this every night for a week and almost immediately noticed growth. It’s almost kinda crazy how well it worked. I don’t usually write reviews but I am just really happy with how it worked! I liked that it came with an applicator too but the brush didn’t come in my package. I don’t mind that though because I wasn’t planning on using it anyway. If you have been losing lashes or don’t feel confident with your lashes, I definitely recommend! I’m so thankful to have my lashes back again.

Haven’t used it long enough to determine its quality but it arrived without the eyelash brush and only the pointy one which is as stiff as the plastic itself so it just feels like a hard stick. Not very eye friendly.

I’ve been using this product for almost two months and I’ve seen insane results. At night I’ve been applying it to my lash line and my belly button. On hair wash days I’ve also been massaging it into my roots. From just a few weeks I immediately noticed my lashes were thicker, healthier and longer. I feel like it’s also helped with my bloating to help maintain a flatter stomach. I really love this product and will definitely repurchase. It also comes with a lash applicator and spoolie, love the packaging super sheek.
