This foundation is incredible. It gives a healthy glow and hydrates the skin without being cakey in fine lines. Goes on rather light but can be built up to a medium full coverage. Perfect for mature skin.

I’ve been a Revlon cosmetic fan for years. With Illuminance Revlon has improved the foundation to one that evens out my skin tone while adding moisturizer. The results are attractive and soothing. My skin feels more comfortable with Illiminance liquid foundation (flexible,soothed). I bought a second bottle because I don’t want to run out.The color match is the best yet. Considering how pricey good cosmetics are, Illuminance is affordable. Hydration. Hydration. Hydration. It keeps my skin hydrated and looking good.

Wonderful, inexpensive make-up for dry skin!
My usual/fave foundation is E.Lauder, Hydra Rescue in Pebble. It’s perfect, but I’ve searched the last few yrs for something cheaper for “typical” days. Finally, a winner! Unlike most drugstore make-up, u can find shades for cool skin tones, & none of that yellow or orange clown-look of most cheap foundations– & NO oxidizing! (Note: shades are just a bit darker than they appear online.) It’s highly moisturizing; def. not for oily skin. Glowy but not shiny; still, a touch of pwdr diffuses glow if it too much for you. (I love it!) I hesitated trying a cheap Revlon foundation, but great ingredients, decent coverage & glow; heavenly for dry skin. It’s not Estee Lauder–but $54 compared to $13?–it’s a gift. TY to Amazon reviewers who convinced me to try it!

Good buy
I don’t usually review until I’ve used product for @6 weeks. But I’ll give initial impression now. First:. Amazon has the best price by far. Even though Revlon provided colors and references for cool-neutral-warm tones, it was difficult for me to choose a color. I’m definitely a “cool”. But options are seriously scarce. I chose way wrong. So I tried again with a lighter, “neutral” color. Light Beige is perfect for my fair skin. After I apply my essence and moisturizer, I use 1 pump and dot it over my face. Consistency is a bit thinner than I’m used to in a foundation; more like a serum. I’ve used a brush, sponge and my fingers. For me, brush applied this best. A light layer dries down better and leaves no streaks. It’s a light-medium coverage. I need just a little more on my cheeks where my texture and sun damage show (I’m 73-y/o with very dry skin). Blends beautifully. I let it set for 1 minute before continuing with blush and powder. Since I do use a finishing powder, it really lasts well. Initial impression is good. Love the squalene and hyaluronic acid ingredients. Skin needs all the help it can get. My skin didn’t get that dry, tight feeling in the afternoon that I normally get with my other foundation. That surprised me.I’ll let you know after a couple of months if I still love it. BTW… Gave the darker shade to a friend.Update 5 months: lasts 6 hrs with a little touch-up needed on my cheeks where I have age/sun spots. I don’t do strenuous exercise or hang outside in humid or hot weather. I’m pretty sure those conditions would warrant some help from my powder compact. Mostly what I notice is that there’s no dry feeling. I do use facial mists a few times thru the day. Again… 73-y/o dry skin. But that’s just my routine. I’m officially saying this is great foundation.1 yr:. Love this serum foundation. You have to give it time to dry down; just as you would a serum. If you don’t wait, you’ll hate it. My skin isn’t dry feeling with this. Lasts all day with a little retouch. My skin looks a little blotchy after a few hours when I use powder with this. I’ve let up on the powder. Remember my old age… and think of this as skincare foundation.

Smooth, full coverage, and glowy foundation
This foundation is fantastic. It covers as well as Estee Lauder double wear but has a shimmer to it that makes your face look hydrated but not greasy. This probably would be good for girls with oily skin, but I don’t have that so who knows. I will save this color had a reddish tint so I had to get a different color. Definitely check the undertone before purchasing.

Hopeful but disappointed
I’m 52 and was really hopeful this foundation would work because I’ve tried so many over the years and I’m always looking for something that looks natural and lasts throughout the day. Unfortunately, this one just didn’t work for me.Almost immediately after applying, it started settling into my pores and fine lines and emphasized texture instead of smoothing it out. Instead of giving a nice, even finish, it ended up looking patchy and a bit heavy on my skin.I also work from home and spend most of my day in air conditioning, so my environment is pretty controlled. Even with that, the foundation didn’t hold up well and seemed to melt or break down fairly quickly.I really wanted to love this product, but for my skin it just didn’t perform the way I’d hoped.

Perfect For Me!
I’ve always been a big Revlon fan & have worn their foundations forever, but my skin is changing as I get older. I still love my trusty Revlon 24 Color Stay BUT my skin has been very dry this past year. I gave Revlon Illuminance a try. It does NOT disappoint! I’m so happy with it. It feels lightweight, gives your skin a nice healthy glow and has excellent coverage. It’s buildable, as well. I’m so happy I gave it a try. I highly recommend this, especially if you have dry skin or you feel your skin looks dull. Total game changer for me!

Good value
I used DW wear foundation for a long time would like to try a less expensive brand. Pros: 1 The texture is fine and easy to spread out. 2 The tone is as shown and works perfectly with my skin. Cons: 1 The smell is a little beyond description. 2 It covers imperfections not as well as those more famous brands. But for this price, it’s a very nice choice

Cobertura boa, leve na medida e iluminada. Mas impossível de usar! Cheiro de ranço. Parece base velha e vencida. Sou maquiadora e não tem como usar em clientes. A pessoas sente o cheiro na hora. Comprei 3 de uma vez e me arrependi muito. Cheiro horrível! Se eu tivesse pesquisado antes jamais teria comprado.

Me gustó el acabado que deja, se ve muy hidratada la piel y no siento que sea necesario arruinarlo con un polvo, hice la prueba durante todo el día y no tuve necesidad de retocarlo, no hizo parches en los poros, resistió muy bien mi día normal de ama de casa, ya sabes, lavar trastes, cocinar, salir al supermercado… Y no me generó exceso de grasa en la zona “T”, lo cual me parece muy bueno porque hay algunos que después de un rato generan una capita de grasa aún cuando mi piel tiende a ser seca, este no lo hizo. En cuanto al tono, elegí el tono 117 “Light beige” y me funcionó perfectamente, creo que le atiné al tono porque no hubo necesidad de ajustarlo. Es un maquillaje cremoso, no tan fluido como el de Loreal “true match nude” que también tiene ácido hialurónico. Tiene una muy buena cobertura, como pueden ver tapa muy bien las manchas que tengo y empareja el tono sin verse pesada. Si esto hace en una piel madura de 40 años como la mía, en pieles jóvenes hará maravillas. 💞

Esta base lo tiene todo, buena cobertura (media, no alta) excelente para emparejar el tono de la piel, sensación hidratante y apariencia de piel saludable, no se ve que se seque pero tampoco da una apariencia brillosa que parezca grasosa. Mi piel es seca y me va de maravilla, desconozco como funciona en piel grasa o mixta. El tono es muy bonito, yo uso el 301, pero compré algunas más claras antes de dar con mi tono y por eso compré este tono 405 para mezclar y oscurecerlas un poco sin Perder las propiedades de esta base que me encanta usando otro producto.
