Works but use sparingly
I suffer from rosacea and do break out in my older age sadly. Used this treatment helped my acne but my face got a little redder than calmed after a day. Use it sporadically so far satisfied with it.

This one surprised me, it really did calm my skin! Unfortunately, it contains parabens.
In short, I tried this product even though I was skeptical about the claims that is “Soothes Redness & Calms Breakouts,” but I tried it anyway because I suffer from cystic acne related to eczema and I figured this serum couldn’t hurt. Well after only a week I am impressed with the results. It didn’t kill the acne the way benzoyl peroxide can, but it certainly did calm my skin around acne prone areas: my shoulders, upper arms and upper chest. More details of my experience follow.My product was packed in a Bacheri-branded clam-shell opening gift-style box that was about 6 x 4 x 2 inches. Inside the box were the 30 green-colored vials of serum and a small pack of desiccant Overall the product was presented extremely well—this seems like a premium productIngredients as listed on the box match those on the Amazon product page, though I included them at the end of my review anyway*. My interpretation of these ingredients are that they are hydrating, soothing (witch hazel, allantoin), brightening (niacinamide), and exfoliating (willow bark, papain). I didn’t see any traditional ingredient that fight acne, though skin-soothing ingredients, it seems, might be helpful in this regard. While I like the botanicals, and niacinamide especially, I do have a concern about one ingredient, methylparaben. Parabens in general are believed to be endocrine disruptors and many types (though not methylparaben) have been banned in the EU.The instructions indicate to apply the serum to clean dry skin on the face and massage until absorbed. I used it as directed once a day, usually at night, but on my shoulders, upper arms, and upper chest. I didn’t notice much in the way of results after the first day or two, but around the third day I noticed that my skin was visibly less irritated.Overall, I am really surprised and impressed with the results of this product and would rate it five stars easily if not for the inclusion of parabens in the formula. Fast absorption
The ingredients of this essence are very safe, free of irritating components such as acids, alcohol, and fragrances. Even people with sensitive skin can use it with confidence. It has passed the relevant safety certification, which makes me feel very at ease when using it. Even when used in summer, it won’t feel greasy. Moreover, its smell is very light and it smells very pleasant.

This acid-free anti-acne serum is really so good for me! I’ve had sensitive skin before and I’ve used a lot of anti-acne products that I’ve given up on because they were too irritating. This serum is totally different, its texture is very light and it feels very comfortable on my face without any stinging sensation.

Might work more others but not for me . Caused an uncontrollable breakout and painful pimples. I started using Proactive and it helped a lot.

Gentle and Effective for Sensitive Skin
My daughter has been struggling with sensitive, acne-prone skin for a while, so we’re always on the lookout for products that are gentle but still effective. After looking at the ingredients for this Gentle Botanical Acne Treatment, we decided to give it a try. I’m so glad we did! The individual ampoules are a fantastic idea—they’re so easy to use and it feels like you’re getting a perfectly fresh, hygienic dose every time. The serum itself is super lightweight and absorbs quickly without leaving any sticky residue. She loved that it didn’t have that strong, acidic smell that so many acne products have. The combination of niacinamide and witch hazel has helped keep her redness and breakouts under control. It’s not a magical cure, but it works relatively well, as long as she remembers to use it every day. When she misses a day, the breakouts tend to come back, so consistency is key. This serum truly lives up to its name and is perfect for anyone with sensitive or easily irritated skin who is looking for a gentle daily treatment. Since it is affordable, we’ll be buying this again.

Love to cool feeling; not sure about the effects
I don’t have new acne, so I can’t say much about how this product works on acne. It comes in a vial, and I love that I only need to carry the required vials while traveling. I also like that the product absorbs quickly and does not have any smell. It feels like one has put aloe gel on the face, and the serum gives a cooling feel on the skin.I have used a few of these now but I don’t see any major change in my skin.

Good for sensative skin
I bought this for my teenage daughter who has very sensitive, acne-prone skin. Most acne products sting, dry her out, or just make things worse, but this serum has been a game changer.
