I was interested in trying their cleanser after falling in love with their moisturizer creams.The formula is natural, organic, cruelty-free, and fragrance-free with a citrus scent from essential oils. Vitamin C brightens the complexion, fades dark spots/hyperpigmentation, and boosts collagen production, which reduces fine lines and wrinkles. Kaolin clay is a gentle, natural mineral clay that deep cleanses, gently exfoliates, and removes excess oil without stripping the skin’s natural moisture. French clay deeply cleanses, detoxifies, and exfoliates the skin. Dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE) helps reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin while enhancing skin elasticity, tone, and overall radiance.Though marketed as a mud, this is an exfoliating gel that lathers into a pleasant foam. I was worried about the word “mud,” but the texture is not as thick as mud. My skin feels very fresh and clean after using it. It does not leave my skin feeling dry or tight. I find the light citrus fragrance pleasant. My routine includes this cleanser, their Coast Is Clear Toner, and Cloud Whip Vitamin C Cream. I absolutely love the results!

Smells amazing, feels amazing, gentle and effective!
I really love this cleanser!! I actually tried it a while ago during the winter and I thought it didn’t work for me because my skin was so dry.I was super bummed, because it has an amazing texture and smell, it’s silky smooth and the smell is subtle and natural but really pleasant!Luckily, I realized that my combination skin has very different needs in summer vs. winter so I gave it another shot, and it’s been great!!It’s the perfect balance of a gentle foam that leaves your skin feeling clean afterwards, but not stripped like others. You can feel the residue of the luxurious clay after you wash it off and it leaves your skin really soft, but successfully removes makeup too!As always, I love eight saints because of their total ingredient integrity.As someone with chronic illness I am super strict about what goes in and ON my body, because everything we put on the skin absorbs! I love their fresh natural ingredients and super love the fact that they go the extra mile to use essential oils rather than “fragrance”(an umbrella term for thousands of possible unlisted chemicals that are often dangerous and banned in other countries!)I’ve found that companies that leave out “fragrance” usually have great integrity, as many consumers don’t realize what that term truly means.So thank you eight saints for going the extra mile and creating products that even the most sensitive of us can enjoy and TRUST!

Amazing daily cleanser!
I have tried so many cleaners and this one is really tops for a simple, effective daily cleanse. First of all you need so little of this that is lasts forever! And it’s really a very big bottle for the price. It easily clears markup and leaves your skin feeling squeaky clean with no residue or dry tight skin. I have recently started switching to eight saints products because they are all so gentle, effective, and cost effective. This is a must have for your daily routine! And it smells amazing which is a great bonus!

I was looking for a good daily face cleanser that doesnt dry my face out, and I am glad i tried this one. It worked very well with my sensitive skin. I have been using daily for a week and it helped with my large pores. Skin feels clean, fresh and smooth. I also like the light orange scent that reminds me a spa. I didnt need too much product to wash my face as it spreads very well and melts down into skin , meaning it can last a good amount of time. I definitely recommend this product.

Makes me feel like I have my life together
I’m a mom, which means my skincare routine used to be “sleep in my makeup and hope for the best.” If I washed my face, it was usually with bar soap, vibes, and questionable life choices.Using this cleanser twice a day feels like real adult behavior. It’s gentle, doesn’t dry out my combination skin, and actually makes my face feel clean instead of personally attacked. I especially love that it removes my makeup in one go — I don’t have to wash my face six more times just to get my eyebrows off. The scent is light, fresh, and not overpowering at all.It’s simple, effective, and low-effort enough to keep up with on busy mom days. My kids are still loud, I’m still tired, and I still lose my coffee daily, but at least my face looks like I’m trying.I like it enough that I will repurchase. I do wish the bottle was a little bigger, but overall this cleanser makes me feel calm, clean, and slightly fancy — which I’ll take.

Fabulous, moisturizing daily cleanser
The mud cleanser face wash by Eight Saints is fabulous. It has a dense, smooth texture and cleans almost all makeup off very well. It leaves my skin feeling clean and not too tight, which, as a dry skin girlie, I love. The trade-off though is that it doesn’t get waterproof mascara off very well and the cap on top of the pump is a little awkward to take off, especially when your hands are wet.That said packaging is beautiful, the product smells amazing, and it makes a fantastic daily cleanser that doesn’t destroy the moisture barrier on your skin.
