Wonderful product for moisture and I have seen my skin change for the better. Im at the early stage of wrinkles and this product has done nothing to decrease them so great for skin care but not a wrinkle cream.

UPDATE 7/12/25: I’ve now been using Miami MD for 3 months and 1 week. I changed the rating from 3 stars to 1 star. I bought this cream because they said it reduces lines around the lips (My other wrinkles don’t bother me, I’m 73). I used it faithfully morning and night. I saw absolutely no improvement anywhere on my face, not even frown lines reported in my update on 4/27, but I’m attaching a photo from today, so you be the judge. There’s still a little bit left in the jar, so it lasts about 4.5 months. Certainly not worth the time and money in my book.UPDATE 4/27/2025: It’s been 3 weeks + 1 day since I started. There are some more, almost imperceptible improvements. Added 3 photos from today. Not sure if it’s worth the hassle, but the jar is still almost full (see last photo). The big question: do I return it in time to get a refund (because it really isn’t “age-defying” in my book – I still have lines around my lips that make me look my age), or do I keep using it, hoping it will continue to make small improvements, and get sucked into paying $55+ (maybe every 6-9 months?) for the rest of my life? Haven’t decided.FIRST REVIEW: I purchased Miami MD a few weeks ago. First application was April 5. Today, I took a comparison photo for the 1 area that shows visible improvment: my frown lines. I purchased it for the wrinkles around my mouth, especially my lips, and the jury’s still out, so we’ll see. I was happy to see at least some improvement.

It’s a nice smooth moisturizer but as far as helping with wrinkles and fine lines you can forget that!! Been using 3 weeks and no change at all in fine lines but that is what I assumed would happen, costly for a moisturizer so don’t waste your money!

Maturity breeds beauty
The older skin gets drier and requires more care as time goes on. MIAMI MD has continually kept my skin soft and smooth with few wrinkles at age 86. I’m s satisfied and it’s noticeable among my piers. Thank you very much.

I feel kind of Stupid buying this stuff, I have some frown lines and I ran out of my Avon Anew facial cream. I ran across a infomercial on Tiktok where this Dr? was talking about how this product was great for wrinkles and smooth skin. I found it here so I tried it. There’s not much of a scent to it or value in it either. I’d ask for my money back but I’ve used most of it up. I’ve tried it on several places on my skin and no tightening or firming, just money thrown away. I almost bought a different product from this seller and stopped. I’ll just keep using my Avon products since they’ve kept my skin in good condition. I feel bad writing this review but all I wanted was a little boost for my wrinkles starting around my mouth and no results that are advertised. I hope this helps someone else who is wanting to try this product
