Very refreshing cleanser
Very gentle cleanser for sensitive skin. I love the natural ingredients. Most face washes make my skin feel very dry and tight but this one is just so lovely and fresh.

Holy cow this product effectively reduced my hyperpigmentation in only 2 weeks! This was not only the most effective product I’ve used for this but also the most affordable!Compared to things like caudalie, I saw much more pronounced results in way less time – I feel like they made this product just for me!

Natural Ingredients + Effective!!

Left skin soft, but a little drying
I was terribly hesitant in ordering this face wash because nowhere did the advertising list the ingredients. For individuals with skin sensitivities or fragrance reactions, this lack of product detail could easily detract many from ordering the product (I almost didn’t order it because of this). I am glad that I did order it.Here is why: The actual ingredient list is fairly clean (comparatively), it’s made in the US, the product is a clear pinkish toned gel, you only need a very small amount (so this will last), it seems to do a great job with clarifying and cleaning my skin, and left it feeling soft and clean.Things to note: The ingredient list is ONLY on the box that you end up tossing out (I included a picture of the ingredients here). The cleanser does have a slight floral scent that not all may like. It’s not strong enough to linger on the skin for very long. It, to me, seems to work as a skin clarifying cleanser, so I will only use it once or twice a week otherwise this would dry my skin out too much. Truly, only use a very small amount. A little goes a long way with thos product. Otherwise you might be spending some time rinsing it off.I would have given this a 5 star had they listed the ingredients within the advertising somewhere. This just comes off to me like they are trying to hide something. Also, I belive it should state clarifying cleanser due to the fact it does seem to have a drying effect to the skin. As a side note, I did have some blemishes on the side of my face, and after just one wash they cleared up, and by the second wash they went away completely. Mind you, the blemishes had been there for at least a month. Overall, I would consider this a very good face cleanser and am satisfied with how well it has cleaned my skin and cleared my skin.

4 oz-Gel, Lingering Smell, Redness-Causing, Peach & Basil Face Cleanser
This smells. The smell lingers on your hands/towels/face for hours– I couldn’t get away from it.This takes multiple passes of rinsing off or wiping off — it left my skin red, dry and peeling.I tried it 5 times and had to pass it on — my face, hairline, neck were too irritated/painful.The only thing that came to mind, regarding the smell, was Suave Daily Clarifying Shampoo.The consistency is runny/tacky — it comes out of the container way too fast (lots of waste).Also, the ingredient list is only on the box, not the tube itself.Also, this is $20 for 4 oz. — too much$$.Pass on this if you are sensitive skinned or are sensitive to smells.

Unpleasant scent, but performance is fine? I think?
I love the scent of peach and basil, together too, but I could not get past the scent of this face wash. I don’t really know how to describe it but it smells extremely generic and soapy, and for that alone I wouldn’t repurchase — but I especially would not repurchase if I was looking forward to a peach & basil-scented product.As for its actual performance as a cleanser, I appreciate that it’s all natural. I didn’t notice any significant moisturizing or other positive benefits, but I also didn’t notice anything extremely negative after using it either. All in all, sadly, I would not repurchase this.

Has AHA, very soapy, and strong, unpleasant soapy smell
This facial cleanser smells mostly like soap, not much of a basil or peach scent. The scent lasts a long time and is very strong, and not very pleasant despite what the name of the product suggests. The opening in the tube is large and the cleanser is thin, so a LOT comes out, when you just need a little for your face. In use it’s very soapy in general, not foamy like most other facial cleansers I’ve used. It seems more like a hand soap than a face soap in that regard. In addition, it has an AHA (lactic acid) that wasn’t mentioned in the listing – the listing does say it is exfoliating and promotes cell turnover and increases collagen production, but not how it does that. The answer is the use of Lactic Acid.I do like that it’s natural and made in the USA, and my face does feel clean after using this, but I much prefer other facial cleansers, including other AHA cleansers, for their nicer, more subtle smells and for being less soapy.
