Use Just a Drop or 2. Scent is Not Great, but Tolerable.
This oil does help with moisture, but don’t use too much. Even the product itself states to use very little. This is true with most any hair oils. I have average hair with natural soft curl and the length of my hair is below my shoulders. I literally only need 1 to 2 small drops of this oil. My hair is not colored or mistreated much, so I have minimal dry frizz. Just use a little oil at first to see how much your hair needs.I put the oil on my palms first, then rub my palms together. Then I work the product into my damp/towel dried hair. If you’re using this on dry hair, say after you flat-iron it, then use less oil and rub it on your hands really well before smoothing it over the frizz.The oil seems to serve it’s function, which is to help hold in moisture. The oil doesn’t really weigh down my hair too much, provided I don’t use much of it. A little really does go a long way with this stuff.This oil does feel a little more tacky than my other Argan Oils, but once it’s sucked into the hair I didn’t notice any residual feel. Again, because I didn’t use preference lets talk about the scent. It’s not that great, but it’s tolerable. The scent has a musky perfume smell to it, kinda like what my grandmother use to wear. As long as you’re not using a lot of the oil, then the scent is not too obnoxious. Again, this is all preference. I personally am not a fan of musk-type scents, but a lot of people are.
