Niacinamide serum
This comes factory sealed and tamper proofed.Despite the high level of niacinamide, this is a surprisingly gentle serum. Fragrance, silicone, and oil free.I started mixing this one drop first into my toner and then two, now three and my skin hasn’t been irritated or broken out at all.I have light, freckly skin that tans almost instantly without sunscreen and that includes my freckles. While there’s nothing wrong with freckles, I prefer mine lighter. I feel like this has brightened my skin a bit. It doesn’t feel drying and I haven’t noticed any stickiness.This is an average sized bottle of a high quality and potent serum. I think it’s priced fairly at the rate I use it.

Serum goes on smoothly and is non-irritating
I’m pretty neutral on this stuff, since I got it for one issue: to lighten a couple of spots on my face. I haven’t seen much change there, but there are positive things I like about the product. It does add some overall brightness to my skin. It just looks less dull. I incorporated it slowly, since my skin is sensitive, and I’ve had zero problems. When you first put it on, it seems like it might be sticky, but that fades quickly. Overall, I like the effect on my skin; I just wish the tranexamic acid worked better. At $21.99, it’s certainly worth trying.

I got this Niacinamide 10% + TXA 4% Serum, Tranexamic acid to try out and give an honest review.It works well with the toner I got that’s a lot like this and does help with dark spots and brightening your skin.It leaves my skin very soft and when using this it absorbed very nicely and doesn’t leave a tacky or sticky feeling, I love that it feels nice and clean on my skin once absorbed.I do think at this price for what it does that it’s a great value for the money and the quality is impeccable. It leaves your skin softly moisturized and after continuous use it lightens your skin and gives you a beautiful glow.It’s got a pretty pink color to it and I do recommend this. I would get this again also, because I saw more change in this than I do actually with vitamin C. Alone. I do use vitamin C also after this. And moisturizing products after.

Gentle and Non-Irritating, But Didn’t See Results in 4 Weeks
I’ve been using this niacinamide serum consistently for about a month, applying it in the morning after toner and before moisturizer. I have sensitive skin, and I’m happy to say it’s very gentle. I didn’t experience any irritation, redness, or dryness when I added it to my skincare routine.The serum applies smoothly and absorbs well into the skin without feeling heavy or sticky, which I really like.However, I didn’t give it 5 stars because I didn’t see the results it claims to deliver within 4 weeks. The product suggests that dark spots will fade and that you’ll achieve “glass skin” in that timeframe, but I personally didn’t notice those changes. It’s possible that I may need to use it longer to see visible improvements, but based on my experience, the promised results didn’t happen within a month.Overall, it’s a gentle serum that works well for sensitive skin, but the visible results may take longer than advertised. Helpful combination of ingredients, no tackiness
Initially I was going to say that this serum seemed overpriced, considering the Niacinamide and Zinc combo can be purchased from brand name companies for considerably less. However, after re-thinking it and taking into account the added TXA and Arbutin it made me realize that this mixture is actually going to the next level and works better for my skin than the first two ingredients, alone.It took about a week to notice a real improvement, not the typical ‘I think it’s working’.Two other important features: the serum is fragrance free AND it doesn’t leave my skin tacky if I don’t overapply, as I am prone to doing with serums. so only a few drops for me and I’m all set. Thus, I can foresee the bottle for a while.Its definitely a good value, even better now I see a discount coupon bringing the price down to $17.59.

Quality serum with ingredients to even skin tone
This Dr. Brenner Niacinamide 10% + TXA 4% Serum with Zinc 1% & Arbutin 2%, Dark Spot Corrector is a one ounce bulb dropper bottle of skin brightening serum to treat uneven skin tone or hyperpigmentation. It contains no dyes or fragrance and is good for all skin types. It’s cruelty and paraben free. It’s made in the USA and my bottle is good until 12/27.The niacinamide brightens the skin and strengthens the skin’s moisture barrier. The tranexamic acid (TXA) fades hyperpigmentation and acne scars. The alpha arbutin inhibits the production of melanin. The zinc PCA controls oil and provides hydration. Although there is no dye in the formulation, the serum is a bright red because of the inclusion of vitamin B12. I worried the red color would stain my skin, but it didn’t. I am not using this serum on my face, which has no dark spots. I’m using it on dark patches on my arms and elbows. The medium weight serum spreads easily and absorbs quickly, leaving no sticky residue. The only moisturizing ingredients the serum contain are the zinc and glycerin, so I won’t be using this as a hydration serum. I haven’t seen any difference in the dark patches yet, but it may take time, and since it doesn’t irritate my skin, I will continue to use it.It seems that the price is a bit high for one ounce of serum, but a little of it can spread a long way, so that makes it more economical. Dr. Brenner is an established brand, and I can be certain that it is pure and of high quality. Recommended for brightening your skin.
