Face serum from a guy’s perspective
Okay, so I don’t typically use serums or wrinkle removers, as I don’t really have them. I do have a decent skin care routine of washing with soap and lotion: that’s about it. My kids got me some wrinkle remover for Christmas a few years ago (they are very young) and I tried that, but it’s still sitting there. So when I saw this I figured I would give it a try. Here’s my opinion.I have no idea if this works or not. I don’t have dark spots or fine lines, so I put it on after my shower and before face lotion. I didn’t see any noticeable difference after using this daily for a week with only one exception: my forehead doesn’t feel rough-ish like it normally does. It feels smoother and softer. I’m guessing this is why it’s used? I notice when I didn’t use it my skin does feel a bit rougher, so it’s more that this needs applied every day for it to feel soft. It doesn’t change your skin texture in any way, as stopping the use your skin seems to go back to normal. Maybe using this for a month or two will make it permanent? We’ll see. It is super thin, I found it easiest to just fill the dropper half full then apply it directly to my forehead with my head tilted back, then smooth it in with my fingertips. The scent is pretty mild, kind of flowery but not off-putting. It takes a few minutes to absorb into the skin, in the meantime your skin feels wet and kind of sticky. When absorbed you don’t notice it there at all. I’ll try to use this daily and see if it actually does make my skin softer and report back.

Nice, light, Great for Sensitive Skin! Seems to be fading my dark spots quickly!
I have rosacea so I am reviewing this as a person with sensitive skin. Many serums especially those with scents tend to irritate my skin. This did not smell artificially scented. It was clear and light feeling when I applied it and did not burn. I was nervous that the niacinamide would cause a reaction, and it did NOT.I don’t know if I am crazy, but I do feel like the uneven dark spots in my forehead looked better today after wearing it to bed. My skin seemed more refreshed this morning too. I am going to keep using it! I will report back in about 30 days but so far I am very happy with this.Ingredients-Aqua, ascorbic acid [vitamin c], aloe barbadensis leaf extract, hyaluronic acid, vitamin e, pomegranate seed extract, niacinamide, jojoba seed oil, ethylhexylglycerin.The only ingredient that I wondered about was ethylhexylglycerin.I googled it and found according to Paula’s choice and Sachem that is was a non irritant and considered safe. It has a rating of 2 according to the EWG and they say it is weak preservative and skin conditioning agent. So overall, I am pretty happy with this product’s ingredients!UPDATE I am really glad to have found this product. I’ve been using it for a bout 3 days now, twice a day, and my skin looks brighter and more even. This is a wonderful product. Thank you, VIGDERMA!!

Feels Nice When Applying But My Face Broke Out
This serum feels nice when you put a few drops in your palms and apply it to the face and neck. Unfortunately though, the morning after I started using it, I noticed that my very adult-aged face had developed an unusual, hard, high-pressure, cystic acne-like lump. As I continued using the serum over the next few days, my face broke out it several more of these hard blemishes.

Everything about this VIGDERMAPomegranate Serum is a plus…there are no negatives.It’s made in the US of very good quality ingredients and they even tell you the percentage of Vit C 15%. The list is so great (see pic above) because it is fairly short and does not contain a bunch of chemicals or additional additives that aren’t needed. It’s a good natural product that is safe and effectiveThe serum is slightly heavier than water and I only needed three drops to cover my whole face. It has a very slight scent that is not very detectable. This serum leaves my face soft, bouncy, and well cared for.My dry sensitive skin absolutely luvs it. It has the slightest bit of tackiness but that dries down and once I used my other products with it there was no issue at all. No irritations occured for me at all. I know dry skin types will benefit from this serum but I think most skin types can use it and enjoy it’s nice benefits. I only use it at night and would not use it twice a day because I only do my skin care at night as to not over strip my skin.Some ppl do their routines twice a day but I’m not an advocate of that practice for my dry sensitive skin. This is a wonderful serum and I highly recommend itALWAYS do a patch test 24 hours before using any new skin care products

Moisturizing
This is a pretty good serum. My skin felt dewy/moisturized and not overly dried or sticky after using it. It is scented which would usually be a negative for me, but the scent is light and fairly pleasant without being cloying or overly floral. I have not been using it long enough to have noticed any long-term benefits such as spot lightning or reduced appearance of wrinkles. But I’d be willing to keep using it and see how it goes because it is easy to use, and not overly expensive.

Nice and thick; goodbye dark spots
This 3 in 1 serum from Vigderma is packed with great ingredients meant to brighten and help skin turnover which I like a lot. 🙂 Because it contains vitamin C, you should not use other actives with it. This means no retinoids, no AHA/BHA/PHA, and no glycolic acid. Using any of these will give super crispy skin in the worst way. Wear sunscreen with this as Vitamin C requires sun care.This serum is super thick and takes quite a long time to absorb. I think this is because of the vitamin E in the ingredients list. So please give it time to absorb. It’s not a lightweight serum by any means but when it does finally absorb, it leaves my skin nice and bouncy. I’ve been using this for several weeks and saw a lot of the splotchy skin areas on my face diminish and have a more vibrant complexion. I like it a lot and think it’s worth the price as the ingredients are good.
