Men’s fashion week might be taking place during a heatwave this year—both Milan and Paris are seeing record-high temperatures—but that doesn’t seem to be affecting the street style scene one bit. As usual, the attendees are bringing their summer best.
Summer’s Street Style Must-Haves
To beat the heat, showgoers seem to be relying on one, two, and three-piece formulas consisting of airy dresses, lightweight separates, and playful accessories. There are the requisite jolts of color, from a bright red shirt moment in Paris to Vogue Italia’s Marta Oldrini, who sported a sunny yellow look in Milan. Otherwise, there was a lot of white—including one great head-to-toe look that embodied Parisian ease.
