Anne Hathaway has fully subscribed to the mantra, “if I like it, I’ll just get it in another color.”
On July 16, Hathaway stepped out in New York City in one of her most casual ensembles amid The Odyssey‘s epic press tour. The same day the 43-year-old actor—who is currently pregnant with her third child—wore her blue Alaïa halter dress and gold Gianvito Rossi stilettos for The Today Show, Hathaway was also photographed outside ABC studios in an all-white ensemble that optimized comfort without sacrificing an ounce of her effortlessly elegant aura.
Hathaway and stylist Erin Walsh achieved this feat by favoring this season’s least restrictive trends, starting with La Ligne’s ivory satin Colby Pants with an elastic waistband. From there, she star embraced summer layering by topping off a basic white tank top with a breezy crochet-inspired cardigan, further accessorizing with a mix of gold and diamond jewelry and a pair of chic cat-eye sunglasses. Now, let’s talk about her shoes.
Hathaway’s long satin pants called for some sort of heel, so she opted for a tried and true favorite that’s soft on the soles: Vivaia’s two-inch Emeline kitten heel sandals, which feature cushioned arches and breathable knit straps for $129. Yes, the same brand that brought you the celeb-beloved Yancy sneakerinas are making comfy kitten heels now.
