Vogue World 2026: Milano was full of celebrity athletes swapping their competition gear (and athleisure) for couture as they arrived at the historic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.
Chief among their ranks? Tennis star Aryna Sabalenka, who appeared in a formfitting, glimmering Gucci turtleneck gown in a rich shade of chocolate brown as she wowed the crowd during Act III’s “Made in Italy” homage. She later returned to take a final bow with the rest of the Vogue World 2026: Milano cast to the strains of Umberto Tozzi’s “Gloria.”

Sabalenka has a deep history with Gucci, having served as a global brand ambassador for the house since January. She also wore Gucci exclusively for her May 2026 Vogue digital cover story, saying on The Run-Through podcast last month: “I love Demna. I always really loved his work, and it’s amazing what he does. The moment when he entered the Gucci family, I was like, Oh, my God, this is the time. It’s amazing.” Suffice it to say that when it came to bringing Demna’s magic to the Vogue World stage, Sabalenka came out swinging.
