Though Dua Lipa has been gallivanting all around Europe this summer, her nails have been mostly French. French tipped, that is.
On Wednesday, July 23, the pop star shared a new Instagram carousel recapping her summer wanderings. In the post, which featured a series of photos from Palermo with her fiancé Callum Turner, we also got a glimpse at her colorful new crocodile French manicure.
Dua Lipa’s Crocodile-Print French Manicure

A big change from the black-and-white designs she’s been rocking lately, Lipa’s almond-shaped nails were topped with French tips, each one painted a different bright color with a corresponding print. Weather you call it crocodile or tie-dye print, it was so colorful and fun—perfect for her vacanza.
Green, pink (multiple shades!), purple, and yellow were all in the mix, as well as a milky shade that served as the structure for the print on multiple fingernails. Each one also featured a nude base with plenty of gloss. (Though her engagement ring was certainly the sparkliest part of the photo set, that top coat can do some impressive light catching of its own.)
Though it’s a statement on its own, the set is fairly versatile. She wore it with a flowy white eyelet top in some photos and a black bikini in others.
Dua Lipa’s Euro Summer Nails
Prior to the colorful tips, Lipa rocked a different French design featuring a nude base, black tips, and white polka dots. Before that, she was all about the silver stars and daisies. At one point, her nude nails were covered with dainty black-and-white flowers that were soon replaced with tiny gemstones.
