Natasha Lyonne is quickly becoming one of the reigning queens of the naked dress trend. If it’s sheer, she’s probably worn it—and looked fabulous while she was at it. Back in May, the Russian Doll actress made an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers wearing a form-fitting sheer maxi dress with a scoop neck and a playful vertical stripe motif. This month, she’s rocked two more sheer looks—first, a plunging black leather bodysuit paired with a see-through netted skirt, then, a sheer nude crystal bodysuit with a low-rise asymmetrical skirt. This weekend, the queen of sheer has kept the trend going at Comic-Con.
Lyonne’s dress was almost entirely see-through.

The actress, who appeared at the convention to promote The Bad Guys 2, opted for a boho naked dress. The flowy dress was made of a see-through white material covered in delicate polkadots. It featured a scooped ruffled neck and a ruffled skirt. She wore the dress with nothing but a pair of white underwear and a black belt. Below the dress’s sheer skirt, she wore a pair of dramatic over-the-knee black boots. She completed the look with a gold necklace, a black shoulder bag, and a pair of slim black shades. After smoothing out her signature curls into glam Hollywood waves for her last appearance, Lyonne returned to her mane of tight curls with this look.
“Baby’s first @Comicon! Thanks @badguysmovie! 😎🚀😎🖤♥️,” Lyonne wrote on Instagram alongside some snaps of the look.

It’s clear from Lyonne’s recent streak of nearly nude dresses that she loves to get playful and expressive with her sartorial choices. Her only criteria for her clothes is that they feel good. “I really like being able to walk,” she said to People back in 2023. “The thing I like the least about a look is not being able to move in my shoes. I find that so many people go to award shows and spend the whole night complaining about their shoes or clothes. I won’t play that game anymore. I’m too seasoned.”

In addition to voicing the character Doom in The Bad Guys 2, Lyonne also starred in the second season of Poker Face earlier this year and has a cameo in the upcoming Fantastic Four film.
