Princess Charlotte is stealing the show at her latest royal engagement, thanks to a new hair transformation. Just days after making waves with mom Kate Middleton in the 2025 Wimbledon Championships’ royal box, the avid tennis fan proved she’s also partial to a good game of soccer as she joined her dad for a surprise appearance in Switzerland on Sunday, July 27. As the 10-year-old watched England and Spain’s teams face off during the women’s 2025 Euro final, Charlotte debuted a lighter blonde hair color with sunkissed chunky highlights as she cheered on her team from the stands.
Sitting with Prince William as well as other European royalty like Crown Princess Leonor of Spain and her sister, Princess Sofia of Spain, at. Jakob-Park, Princess Charlotte swapped out her usual coronet braids for a simple hairstyle that showed off her golden-blonde hair color. The tween styled her bronde locks in middle-parted straight locks, showing off a brighter, lighter hue compared to the subtly darker brunette she had at Wimbledon.

While Charlotte’s subtle new blonde highlights could just as easily be the result of spending some time in the sun as a professional salon dye job, the young royal has already pushed royal beauty protocol in recent days. She recently made headlines for showing off a bubblegum pink manicure at her July 13 Wimbledon match—seemingly the first time she’s been spotted wearing colored polish on her nails. For her latest appearance, however, the princess went classic wearing a navy blue polka-dotted chiffon dress covered in white spots.

Meanwhile, Prince WIlliam—who also shares sons Prince Louis and Prince George with Kate—opted for a classic navy blue suit, a blue-and-red striped tie, a watch with silver and gold hardware, and his now-signature scruff as he took in the game with his daughter. He also shared a photo of the father-daughter pair posing together before the game to his and Kate’s official Instagram account, captioning it, “Let’s go, @lionesses! 🏴.”
