Access Hollywood and Access Live: On March 13, NBCUniversal announced it would be ending production on its first-run syndicated TV projects, which are sold directly to local stations and broadcasters. That includes the entertainment news program Access Hollywood, which has been on the air since 1996. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the current iteration hosted by Mario Lopez, Kit Hoover, Scott Evans, and Zuri Hall will continue production through the summer.
The Kelly Clarkson Show: Clarkson had already announced the end of her own syndicated talk show back in February, nearly six months after the death of her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock. According to THR, production on season seven will continue as scheduled, with new episodes airing through the fall.
“This was not an easy decision, but this season will be my last hosting The Kelly Clarkson Show,” she said in a statement. “Stepping away from the daily schedule will allow me to prioritize my kids, which feels necessary and right for this next chapter of our lives.”
Karamo: The talk show hosted by Queer Eye’s Karamo Brown has already ended production after four years, though prerecorded episodes will reportedly air through the summer.
The Steve Wilkos Show: The same goes for the talk show hosted by Jerry Springer’s former security guard, Steve Wilkos.

The Abandons: Lena Headey and Gillian Anderson’s cool 1850s Western has been canceled after one season, per THR.
The Empress: The period drama about Empress Elisabeth and Emperor Franz of Austria will end with season three, which is set to air in late 2026.
Miss Governer: According to the show’s star Terri J. Vaughn, the Tyler Perry series about Mississippi’s first Black lieutenant governor will not return for a second season. “I have to admit, I was quite heartbroken when I first got the info, mainly because I really worked my ass off to make that show come to fruition,” Vaughn said in her Instagram video, in part. “And not just worked my ass off but my heart, and the intention behind the show was just, and I still feel, was just so beautiful and purposeful [and] impactful to be able to tell those stories through that character.”
