I have to admit: Long denim shorts and I have never really gotten along. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve looked at Bermudas with suspicion. Maybe because I could never quite place how to wear them. Too long to have the carefree vibe of short shorts, too short to be real pants, long denim shorts are one of those in-between items that, in my eyes, can easily end up in the corner of the closet with the rest of my forgotten clothes.
Of course, as so often happens, street style was able to change my mind about big shorts.

The past few summers, denim Bermuda shorts have gained more and more traction among fashionable women. And somehow they’ve even become a clever piece that solves the classic “I don’t know what to wear” dilemma for me.
