We’ve seen very little of Taylor Swift since her pop culture-dominating wedding to Travis Kelce last month in New York City. (And even then, there’s still no photos of her Jonathan Anderson-designed Dior couture dress.) Across the last few weeks, Swift and Kelce are said to have been laying low in Big Sky, Montana, as well as her at Rhode Island home. They were also photographed at the coastal California wedding of Kelce’s former teammate JuJu Smith-Schuster and Laura Kruk shortly after their own nuptials.
While Kelce is returning to the training camp for his 14th NFL season with the Kansas City Chiefs, Swift is putting her energy into her other great loves: her pals. The pop star was photographed enjoying a girls night out in London just after midnight on Wednesday, her first solo public appearance since marriage.
Exiting the ultra-exclusive Annabel’s, Swift sported a lilac Delphine minidress adorned with a glittering floral print, which she styled with a shimmering silver, chartreuse, and purple Christian Louboutin shoulder bag and strappy Aquazzura Love Struck sandals. (A shoe that’s become a firm favorite of Swift’s.) For jewelry, there was—of course—her Kindred Lubeck old mind cut diamond engagement ring from Kelce and a Carter Santos Demoiselle watch.
Glam was signature Taylor Swift, too: a flash of a pink-red flip and a pink chrome manicure, but her blonde hair was noticeably shorter. It looks like Swift has done as many brides do and gone for a post-nuptials hair chop: her thick, brow-skimming bangs remained, but her lengths have been cut into a trending clavi-cut style. Swift’s brief public appearance comes right after Kelce shared some personal feelings on their wedding extravaganza this week. “The wedding was the best night of my life,” Kelce said in a Kansas City Chiefs press conference on August 12. “And I appreciate everybody who came out and celebrated and, you know, had fun with us.”
