Today, the Vogue World 2026: Milano show—held at the historic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II—featured a stacked cast of runway models and performers, not to mention an A-list crowd sitting in the front row. There were even a few unexpected celebrity cameos on the catwalk, too. Just take the Colombian singer J Balvin, who surprised the crowd by appearing during the show’s opener.
The first act, “The Artisanal Revolution”—which celebrated various aspects of Italian handiwork, including velvets, brocades, laces, and embroideries—saw J Balvin walk the runway in a three-piece suit by Dolce & Gabbana that perfectly represented what made-in-Italy craftsmanship is all about. The luxe tailoring design was made of a pink and black brocade, an Italian signature. Around his neck, an ornate gold Dolce gemstone necklace also punctuated the ensemble with a further regal finish.

Balvin was not the only star to make the Vogue World runway their own tonight. Celebrities such as actor Jeremy Pope, singer Ejae, and supermodel Gigi Hadid were just a few of the other notable names that appeared in the very first act.
The Vogue World 2026: Milano show celebrated fashion’s ability to “preserve heritage, drive innovation, and shape the future.” The only thing better than all of these elements, combined with a spontaneous J Balvin sighting? If the star had performed one of his own songs during the catwalk, of course—but his commanding walk and snazzy suit certainly held its own in the spotlight.
