Honey Dijon, the legendary DJ and all-around fashion It girl, is no stranger to Paris Fashion Week fun. You can regularly find her sitting in the front rows, especially at Saint Laurent, and last night was no different: Dijon hit up the French label’s spring 2027 show, which was rumored to be Anthony Vaccarello’s final collection for the brand. “Attending the Saint Laurent show is always one of the most special shows in Paris, especially with the Eiffel Tower as the backdrop,” Dijon tells Vogue. “The weather is always insanely beautiful, and there are so many amazing artists from music and film, and legends of fashion. It’s always super exciting—super beautiful and chic.”
The glamorous evening in the City of Light was well-earned for Dijon: All summer long, she has been grinding away working, serving up her epic DJ sets down in Ibiza. (Partying the night away to Dijon’s impeccable playlists there? A dream.) “I have been absolutely bonkers,” Dijon says. “This is the busiest time of year for me. It’s the closing of Ibiza season—festival season is winding down, and fashion week all happens at the same time. I’ve been literally living in the air, touring and working like mad.” She was excited, then, to have some downtime in one of the most exciting cities in the world. “Paris is just mental. This is probably the most fun I ever have during the year,” she says. “There are just so many crazy events happening—dinners and launches and exhibitions. I’m really excited to see the new Irving Penn exhibition.”

At the Saint Laurent show, there was certainly loads of artful fashions to take in. Vaccarello sent out gilded, golden looks that seemed a shimmering celebration of his decade at the helm of the storied house. “The show was super emotional, because it was a culmination of 10 years of incredible work,” says Dijon. “Anthony always zeroes in on a specific detail or idea, and he nails it with precision. I thought the gold was just so incredibly beautiful, and such a wonderful way to celebrate 10 years of work.” Her favorite outfits, however, were the more subtly-chic ones. “My favorite looks were in the last part of the show, that were in clouds of black, velvet, and gold,” says Dijon. “It was just so opulent and beautiful.”
Her love for all-black translated into her very own front-row outfit for the show, too. Given that playing dress-up is half the fun of fashion week, Dijon leaned in with a statement look—choosing a saucy ensemble that nodded back to 1970s New York. “I always like to channel a bit of Saint Laurent in the ’70s, with a little Le Smoking and leather,” says Dijon, who slipped into a lingerie top, leather pencil skirt, and classic moto jacket. “It reminded me of New York in the late ‘70s in the Meatpacking District—going to The Anvil, but doing it super chic.”
