Wow! This brand is amazing and it’s exactly what I was looking for. I bought the cleanser, serum and gel moisturizer. I noticed an immediate improvement in my skin. Know a little bit of each of the 3 go a long ways. 2 of the 3 say pea sized amount and I’ve found a little less than that is perfect.What stands out most for me is the effectiveness of each. I’m a 57 yr old female with decent but dry skin and a few fine lines below my eyes. My skin is now smoother, more plump and more evenly textured across my whole face and neck and the effects last! I wear very little make up and all of it goes on a lot smoother now. I strongly recommend this brand for those looking for a quick but economical skin care regimen.

Great for Sensitive Skin, Minor Issues with Packaging
I’ve been using this Hada Labo facial cleanser for a little over a week now, and overall it feels very comfortable on the skin. It’s very gentle and doesn’t cause any irritation, which I really appreciate.The cleanser doesn’t produce a lot of foam, but it spreads well and feels smooth when washing my face. It still does a good job of cleansing and leaves my skin feeling clean without being dry or tight.My only complaints are about the packaging and texture. The tube arrived with the seal slightly broken, which was disappointing. Also, the cleanser sometimes has a slightly clumpy texture, so I need to mix it with a bit of water in my hands before applying it evenly to my face.Overall, it’s a gentle and effective cleanser, but the packaging and consistency could be improved.

I like the feel of it on my skin
I have 4 significant challenges when it comes to finding facial cleaners 1) I am over 50. 2) I have oily skin. 3) I have rosacea and 4) I live in Anchorage, AK. Finding a product that I can use is complicated and a lot of times I don’t know immediately whether a given product will work for me, which is why I gave this cleanser 4 stars. I like the feel of it on my skin, it seems to do a good job of dealing with the oil without over-drying my skin and it seems like it isn’t aggravating the rosacea. But I won’t know for sure until I’ve used it for a while. If I am still as happy with it a month from now as I am at this time, I’ll come back and update my review & raise my rating.All that being said, I think for most people with combination or sensitive skin, this would be a phenomenal cleanserUpdated 6/05/2018:I said that I would update my review after I had used this cleaner for awhile, so here’s my update. I’m still thrilled with this product — it has turned out to be the best face cleaner I’ve found for addressing all of my skin challenges.

Seam of tube blew open!
I have been using this product for over 7 years. When I order it this time I had not finished my last tube that was 5 weeks. When I removed the seal and attempted to squeeze out some product the tube seam blew open! What mess. It seems the cream is much thicker than usual, perhaps it is old?Now I am told the “return window” has closed. I hope someone from the store or company reads this and provides me with a new tube or refund. I will let you know if I hear from anyone.

I have used this a little for a little over a year. I had purchased this in February 2018, second purchase was in July 2018. I’m almost done with my second one. I’ve been using it religiously. honestly, I’m not sure if it’s because of this cleanser or my other cleanser, but I have not been breaking out at all. I have dry acne prone skin and I have not broken out. It doesn’t help with acne scarring but i definitely haven’t broken out in over 6 months. This is the only product I own with hyaluronic acid. I believe it might be because of this so I will be purchasing a third time. One bottle lasts me a couple months with daily use. I use it twice-three times a day. Sometimes when I want to shave my little girl mustache I use it as a foam before shaving lmaoo. That’s my little secret I’m willing to share with you guys. It’s really nice.Edit: So ofcourse I bought yet another one!I’ve tried not using this cleanser and only sticking to tatcha products but nope.. broke out SO bad!! tatcha doesn’t help with acne. It helps with pores and stuff. I started using this again after not using it for two months and my skin started to get better again. I have to say that my acne is under control because of this cleanser. I need this in my skincare. I won’t ever stop using it again. I’ve gotten so much acne scarring when I broke out and I’m so tight. Glad this product exists to control my acne production.
