Italian supermodel Vittoria Ceretti is no stranger to rocking a statement look on the runway—but on her days off, her wardrobe is just as noteworthy. Whether she’s dressed down to run errands, or dressed up for a date night with boyfriend Leonardo DiCaprio, Ceretti has totally perfected the art of model-off-duty summer style.
What makes a “model-off-duty look” these days, you may ask? There is an effortlessly-cool vibe to the way models put together outfits when they’re not working: Even if it’s just hoodies and jeans, top models are used to sporting the trendiest collections while on the job—so they innately understand how to translate these tricks into casual silhouettes that suit them best.

Ceretti certainly understands the assignment: This week, she stepped out for errands in a gray hoodie, cropped baby tee, and flared light-wash jeans—finishing off the ensemble with flip-flops, a western belt, and an itty-bitty black bag. The outfit is casual, yet cool—comfortable, but fashionable.
For her more dressier off-duty outings recently, Ceretti has dialed up the chic factor even more. Back in May, she emerged wearing a black slip dress with white lace trim. It’s the kind of classic summer dress that will never go out of style—yet again, Ceretti made it feel fresh and current, thanks to her rounded ballet flats and leather moto jacket.
