We are mere days away from America’s royal wedding. And though not much has been officially confirmed, we do have all the details on Taylor Swift’s engagement ring from Travis Kelce, including the cost and size, which gives us an idea of how everything in this wedding will be: expensive and gorgeous. It’s also a bit of a forecast into future engagement and wedding trends, given that “Swiftonomics” is very much a real thing.
And how about that ring, huh? In the 11 months she’s been a fiancé, Blondie can’t help but flash that sparkler everywhere she goes. She was most recently seen waggling it during the lyric “knelt to the ground and pulled out a ring” while performing “Love Story” on stage with a gleeful look on her face. Wouldn’t you?

The cost and cut of Taylor Swift’s engagement ring from Travis Kelce
Designed by Kindred Lubeck of Artifex Fine Jewelry, the massive diamond set in a yellow gold band is a “round brilliant-cut.” Shortly after the announcement in August 2025, the NYC-based designer confirmed to Vogue that the ring was one of her creations. Kelce worked with Lubeck to custom-design the ring, which includes “filigree detail work.”
Known as a miner’s cut or old mine cut, this style hearkens back to the Victorian and Edwardian eras. “This is a style of diamond cutting popular from the 18th century,” Daniela Tarantino, VP of merchandising at James Allen and Blue Nile, tells Glamour. “The diamonds are usually hand-cut, which lends a unique shape and character to each one.”
The ring is likely about 10 to 15 carats. (Based on the photo, Tarantino says that’s her best guess.) She also has an estimate for how much this ring might have cost KillaTrav: a cool $750,000 to $1,000,000.

It seems Travis Kelce knew she’d love the design because, clearly, he listens to his lady. Speaking about her ring’s designer to Heart Radio Live, Swift said, “I just thought her stuff was so cool, so I had shown him a video like a year and a half ago, and he was just paying attention to everything, it turns out.”
She continued, “When I saw the ring I was like, ‘I know who made that!’ And also, you listen to me! You really know me. I didn’t know what I would want, but he did, somehow.”
