This review is for the MOOMARTO 2-in-1 Blush & Highlighter Palette – Matte & Shimmer Face Makeup Duo, (04 Sun-kissed Glow).What I most appreciate about this duo is its versatility. You can swipe it on your cheeks, eyes, use for contouring… if you are looking for a product that can do a lot of different jobs, this is for you! Especially handy if you are packing light, and want to streamline your products. The color variation I used (04 Sun-kissed Glow), is especially helpful in that the matte portion can definitely double as a contour and/or blush. The color goes on lightly, and is absolutely buildable. The shimmer color is the perfect complimentary highlighter. I also want to point out how gorgeous it looks in the palette, with the pressed, wavy design. So pretty!🤩Very impressed with the wearability, it lasted for hours and still looked fresh – yet came off easily with my nightly facial cleanser. This is a great duo, and at $9.99 is priced very competitively while offering an ample amount of product. The case is secure and offers a large mirror, but no brush. I give it 5 full stars!

Light Pigmentation and a Subtle Glow…
This 2-in-1 blush & highlighter pallette duo works really well for a soft, natural look. However, the pigmentation is a little light. It blends easily and gives a subtle glow. I got the Sunkissed Glow and it is a very pretty color shade.The compact is nice. It clicks closed securely and comes with a mirror. The velvet matte is nice and smooth while the radiant shimmer arrives with a 3D wavy finish to the surface. It is very well presented. You need to provide your own applicator(s).

I love this! It looks like they’re duping CoverFx. Not sure if it was intentional or what, but it seems like it from the look of the compact to the embossing on the highlighter to the shades provided. I’m all for dupe brands. If they can offer a similar product at a better price, sign me up! As long as they’re not claiming to be the brand and trick you, I don’t have a problem!The compact is nice. It has clasp closure. Mirror in the lid. There’s 2 pans. I got the “Natural Sculpt” shade option. I have fair and very cool toned skin. Anything with a little warmth will look even warmer on me. A lot of products that look cool toned end up being warm on me. Contour products people swear are super cool toned, even straight up gray, will look warm on me. So, I didn’t have high hopes the contour shade in this would actually work as contour for me. But it actually works well. It isn’t as cool toned as I’d like. It leans a little yellow on me. But once blended out, it works well enough. It blends out easily without looking patchy. It lasts all day!The highlighter is beautiful. It has a gorgeous sheen to it. It’s not sparkly/glittery. Just a metallic sheen to it. I can apply a light layer for a soft highlight or a little more for a blinding highlight. It goes on smooth, doesn’t emphasize texture, fine lines, or pores. And lasts all day!I love this compact! Makes me want to get some other shades!

Pretty and easy to use, just not super pigmented
This palette is a simple option for everyday makeup. The blush and highlighter combo is convenient, and the shades are pretty and easy to wear without looking too heavy. It’s not super intense right away, but you can build it up to get the look you want. That actually makes it hard to overdo, which I like.The highlighter gives a soft glow rather than anything super blinding, and the blush looks natural on the skin. It’s more of a subtle, everyday finish.That said, the pigmentation isn’t the strongest, so you do have to build it up a bit. It also doesn’t last all day without some fading. I also think it’s shady that the seller is different than the brand that shows up. Novo is a known budget Chinese brand.Overall, I think it’s a decent affordable palette, just don’t expect super high pigmentation or long wear.

Workable
I almost ordered the taupe shade, but I decided that this “Sunkissed glow” may be a little more versatile as a blush/bronzer option. It definitely leans more toward bronzer when on the skin. I thought it would show up a bit more pinky, but it truly does offer a more natural, healthy/radiant look.I don’t find either to be terribly pigmented, like when I swatched on my arm for the picture- but they definitely are buildable. You can accidentally overdo it lol. Once or twice I felt like the blush ended up a bit patchy while trying to find that balance, but it wasn’t hard after a few go arounds. The highlighter is much more subtle compared to the luxury brands. I do like the end result though. It doesn’t show up as shimmery, it blends nicely with the blush providing a true glow.Longevity is probably the main issue for me. I always set my makeup & I find these do wear off for the most part before the day is through. I could try to set it a little more aggressively, but I don’t love layering a bunch of powder because I feel like that can lead to a cakey end result. At this price point though (currently $9.99), I guess you can’t expect top quality/superior long-lasting wear.

I did not realize until I used this blush that my natural blush color is berry. lolol But putting this on, it honestly looked EXACTLY like my own natural color, which is amazing.I should mention that I am very cool colored, a deep winter, and my best colors are cool colors, and especially jewel tones. That’s why I chose the cooler blush.The compact is really cute and pretty, and it comes with the blush and highlighter in a nice amount. I’m not too sure about the highlight, because it is VERY pink/berry looking, and, at least on me, it looks kind of strange. I’m not 100% sure if I’m going to use it in the future, but I’m going to give it a few tries.It goes on smoothly and looks really lovely. I wore it throughout the night, and though it didn’t last all night long (I would definitely have to reapply), I was satisfied with how long it lasted and how lovely it looked.Overall, I think this is a nice blush and I would definitely get it again for the blush color alone.

This blush is beautiful – be aware, however, that it might come with the name of another brand on it (mine said Novo, which worked out to be a brand I know from another website and can say I have tried their products before). The pigmentation in the blush comes off subtle yet buildable on the skin. I was able to achieve a nice flush that lasted maybe 4 hours… and that’s on skin that only had moisturizer and sunscreen (with no foundation). I feel longevity would be better on top of foundation and with setting spray. The highlighter appears raised in the pan and is a beautiful shade; it appears almost like a duochrome as there’s a shift between the base and the magenta shimmer. There’s also a mirror, and it’s compact enought for travel or to pop into your purse for quick touch ups. I would definitely reccommed trying this out!

I ordered this novo 2-in-1 Contour & Highlighter Palette because I’ve begun to take my makeup a bit more seriously. I always used blush, but I hadn’t really used contouring and highlighting until a few months ago. It’s relatively simple to apply and I think it makes a noticeable difference. This palette comes with a matte contour and a shimmering highlighter, set in an attractive mirrored case. The case itself has curved edges which make it nice to hold.The contour shade isn’t as dark as another contour I have, but I think it works well on my relatively pale skin. I have more of an issue with the shimmer. I guess I’m just not a big fan of sparkle. I tend to want to have basically invisible makeup. I want it to look natural and to use contour and highlighting to shape my face and to draw the eye to certain areas and away from others. The shimmer though looks like makeup. Obviously, that’s my issue, not a product issue, but I didn’t realize how I felt about it until I tried this product.The makeup is made by MOOMARTO and though they don’t “highlight” that it is made in China, they do include that information in the listing details which I greatly appreciate. I know many people are concerned, me included, by what we perceive as lax regulation in China and it’s important, as a consumer, to be able to choose with full transparency.
