One of these is being sold for like 19.98. I purchased 9.98. I find the applicators difficult to understand. I understand, as soon as air hits Collagen it’s gone. I’ve only used this once.

Broken syringe
One of the syringes was broken and there is no hole in the rubber stopper

Doesn’t work
This is nothing like the original brand. The ampoule doesn’t go into the bottle as it should. You should be able to pull the metal off the top and use the syringe it comes with to insert into the stopper but it doesn’t go in. You can’t draw up the solution without it going into the stopper. It’s really a horrible product and not made well.

My face already feels tight after the first application! The syringe applicator is too inconvenient. I had an old empty airtight glass serum container that had the same size hole and poured the serum into that… so much easier! I like the serum. My face definitely feels firmer. It has a very light scent and feels light; however, it is not moisturizing and will need to follow with moisturizer. It’s much cheaper on Amazon than if you buy it straight from them.
