Been Using for Years – Great Blemish Remedy!
I’ve used salicylic acid for blemishes for years. It’s one of the best remedies, I’ve found. It even works well for cystic acne. It helps lessen the swelling. If I use it in conjunction with my facial moisturizer, I don’t have issues with dry and flaky skin. You also don’t need to use a lot – a little goes a long way.

Not as effective as benzoyl peroxide
It is ok. I think Clean & Clear with Benzoyl Peroxide is more effective for spot treatment. Probably wouldn’t order again. I just lathered my face in it, in hopes it will help! Would be good for sensitive skin, since it isn’t very strong.

I’m in my 50s and still break out occasionally due to super oily skin. (Thanks menopause) 🤦♀️I’d been using a different brand of salicylic acid spot treatment for YEARS, even though the only thing it really did was dry my skin out horribly due to the high alcohol content in it. Then I found this stuff! Amazing! 😍 Doesn’t burn!!!!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 It goes on super smoothly and doesn’t evaporate before you can rub it in. I could apply half a tube of this stuff and it still wouldn’t irritate my sensitive skin. Works like a charm on clogged pores and acne. I’m on my fourth or fifth tube of because I use it liberally on my chin and nose overnight to help with blackheads, which it totally has. Will continue to purchase, love this stuff, 10/10
