So far, I like it.
I’ve been using this Bionnex shampoo for three weeks now, and I think I can see a difference. My extremely itchy scalp has calmed down, and my hair shedding seems to be less. So far, I think it is working for me.

Good Formula but Not Sulfate-Free; Questionable Anti-Hair Loss Efficacy
What I Actually ReceivedLike others who have previously reviewed this product, I received not only the shampoo, but also a conditioner and skincare products. If you buy this, I don’t know if you will receive the same thing, or only the shampoo. Since this listing is for only the shampoo, I am only reviewing that.Missing Ingredient ListSee my photo for the full list of ingredients, which is not included in the product description. I always look for the ingredient list for hair products before I buy to get an idea of whether it will be effective or not. I’m disappointed that the seller neglected to include the full ingredient list in the product description, because I personally need to see that to make an informed buying decision.Contains a SulfateThe product listing says that this is SLES & SLS free. This is technically true, but the first ingredient listed after water is ammonium laureth sulfate. This is less harsh than SLES and SLS, but still a sulfate. If you’re avoiding sulfates entirely, be aware this contains one.Use ExperienceThe shampoo leaves my hair feeling slightly stripped, but my hair ends up being OK after my usual conditioning regimen. I have dry, frizzy hair and need to use a truly moisturizing shampoo, so I blame my hair and not this product, which is labeled for normal hair. Given the sulfate content, I will probably use this on my clarifying wash days.The scent is neutral and doesn’t linger, which I like. The consistency is a little thick and viscous. A good squeeze on the bottle is necessary to get the product out.Hair Loss Claims – My AnalysisThe product claims to fight hair loss with a “Vitis Complex CX25.” Looking at the ingredient list, this complex consists of: Sage, Cassia, Nettle, Green Tea, Black Pepper Extract, and Grape Stem Cells. I think that the formula quality supports this pricing tier.TL;DRThis is a quality salon-level shampoo with good ingredients like humectants, emollients, and antioxidant botanicals. Nice packaged product, nice ingredients
The shampoo is a rather thick amber substance. I had a pretty bad scalp reaction after a couple of uses. There are a lot of ingredients in this product so I have no way of knowing what affected my scalp so badly. My hair and scalp ended up incredibly dry even with the use of the conditioner. I wasn’t able to give it a fair review due to the allergic reaction so I gave it the three stars. I didn’t have any qualms about the scent or product. It suds well and looked and felt like a good quality product. I just couldn’t use it myself.
