African American and it works buy the niacin and witch hazel toner. Wash face first then use toner, then the product and the niacin last

Does not contain 20% Azelaic Acid.
We tested this product, and Azelaic Acid was not found in it. It’s essentially some essential oil for fragrance with lotion. Buyer beware!! It has been reported to the appropriate agencies, including Amazon sellers platform.
