This product caught my eye because of its bold claim “30-second exfoliator.” As someone who’s tested more exfoliants than I can count and loads of peeling/gommage type products, I was both curious and skeptical. But after four uses, spread out over nearly two weeks time, I can confidently say: this one is really good.It has a clear, slightly thick gel texture that spreads easily. As you massage it in, it starts to ball up almost immediately giving you that instant gommage peeling effect. It’s very satisfying (if you’re into that kind of thing), and feels incredibly gentle. No harsh scrubbing, no burning, no redness. But it can be really messy. I tend to find bits of it in my hair.BHA (Salicylic Acid) is the star here, helping unclog pores and exfoliate inside the pore lining. Perfect if you’re dealing with blackheads, texture, or congestion. It also seems to include soothing agents, which is important because exfoliants can often go too far. My skin never felt tight or raw after using it.The formula is fragrance-free or at least very lightly fragranced, which is a huge plus for sensitive skin types.Right after rinsing, my skin feels noticeably smoother and looks a little brighter. It’s not a dramatic overnight transformation, but more like a clean reset. Perfect before applying serums or makeup. I’ve seen a mild but real improvement in pore clarity, especially around my nose and chin.I have PCOS and heavily oily, acne-prone skin. Which means I have to deal with clogged pores a lot.
