Waterproof but very breakable that’s why I only gave four stars
First I will admit it is pretty waterproof I let it sit on my arm for about 30 to 60 Seconds and try to take some spit and wipe it off it did not even budge it faded just a little. It actually took some major scrubbing and alcohol to get it almost off my arm. The angle is really cool but whenever I first applied it to my arm to test a big chunk of it fell off. I am actually excited to try some stuff with my new eyeliner it’s pretty cool I’m impressed and it is very waterproof I was impressed by that

Dried and brittle, never even laid down a line, crumbled all the way to the bottom.
I buy the older black Bepholan eyeliner RELIGIOUSLY. This is NOT improved, it is horrible. I never even got it to lay a line down. It crumbled every time I tried, and bigger and bigger chunks came off, it was like a practical joke eyeliner. It was extremely dry, this was a huge fail, I would try to get my money back but you know what? I already made Amazon give me my money back for another regular Bepholan eyeliner I got that arrived with the stick of eyeliner broken and detached from the bottom, unusable no matter what I did. I have had 2 arrive like that lately, the fact that this one was such a horrible failure in so many ways just really took the cake. I appreciate their eyeliner more than I have ever loved any black eyeliner. But I am a bit pissed off at the moment, I am not made of money. I’ve been getting one of the black liners per month for the past…someodd years.

It’s an ok product
It’s an ok product, it does stay super long, no smudges, long lasting. My only issue is that it breaks super easy. It’s so thin. While most eyeliner pencils are round, this one is flat and thin. It broke twice while I was lining just one eye the very first time I used it.
