My Go-To Conditioner Now
I have decently long curly hair that get’s dry easy, but I really like using this and feel like my hair looks and feels much better after using this. Though my sister with long straight hair ended up really enjoying this conditioner too, so it ended up going by much faster than if it was used by one person. I’ll definitely be repurchasing now that’s it’s almost gone. I haven’t had problems with dryness and I’ve had a much easier time degangling my hair in the shower either. I don’t think it has much of a smell, but I can’t smell things very well so it may be different for you.

Favorite conditioner
I do not wash my thigh hair every day. This condition er is my favorite. It makes my hair super soft and manageable. It hands a light smell. It is not greasy and if some stays in it’s ok. Keeps split ends at bay which is great since I don’t get a hair cut that often. Amazing for curly hair.

Great quality product
I bought this for my damaged lightened hair, and also to use as mock product for my cosmetology state board. It did not disappoint! It’s thick, but smooth and doesn’t clump like other cholesterols I have used. The castor oil is an added bonus! The price was great for the size of the container.

PERFECT SIZE AND FUNCTION
My main reason for getting this is because of the size. I found many other deep conditioners, but they’re always in these very tiny jars that cost 20 bucks, and it’s just ridiculous 🙄. This deep conditioner does its job perfectly. I deep condition every two weeks because I’m a straight natural. A straight natural is basically somebody who silk presses their hair every two weeks or flat irons their hair every two weeks. It does leave my hair super soft, and as my curl pattern loosens, it gets even softer and easier to manage. My hair, and since deep conditioning is a must and I’m doing it every two weeks, it makes sense to get something that’s cost-effective and will last a long time. I also use a lot of it, or at least I did in the beginning. Now that my hair is way more manageable, I don’t have to use nearly as much as I did. My hair is still very, very thick, but it’s also super soft, and the deep condition helps my hair to retain its strength, and I’m not getting any breakage. It’s perfect. I love the size of the jar, and I like the functionality of the product. It just goes to show you, you don’t need to get all the name-brand stuff that costs almost $50 a pop to get the same results.

It’s a good size. However, I do think it was overpriced. But, what do you do when you need something you are having a hard time finding in a small town.

I purchased this product and I have only used it once. The directions says to leave on hair between 5/7 minutes and rinse out. It left my hair with shine and moisture. I am looking forward to my hair thickness in the future due to the quality of the product. The size of the jar will last for a while. There was no leakage because the jar was sealed with a plastic wrap

Update 2 – I’ve started using this as a leave-in and it’s working great. This past wash, I tried skipping the cholesterol. I don’t like how my hair feels two days later. I’m going to go back to using this product as a leave in. My hair feels so much stronger and looks like it grows better. I’m getting the shampoo, too.UPDATE – In my original review, I said that I didn’t want to wash the cholesterol out. Well, I did, and it really did help my hair maybe even too much. After my second wash, I felt like my hair went back to the way it was before the corrective and I decided to do another one about three weeks later. I left the cholesterol in longer this time, maybe about 90 minutes. When I washed it out, I started with cool water and then followed up with a warm rinse. My hair felt a little stiff at that point, but I followed up with my leave-in and wow, my hair was so smooth and I feel that the cholesterol made the difference.Original review – I had over and underprocessed relaxed hair, and I wanted to try a cholesterol to help make my hair feel better. I’ve used Queen Helene in the past, but it started to make my hair dry and brittle and it gave me headaches. I’m not sure what changed, as I used to have great results. I did a corrective on the underprocessed hair today, and then I followed up with this cholesterol under a processing cap. I had it in for about 10 minutes, and I can’t believe how good my hair feels. I don’t want to wash it out. I almost returned this because I’ve had so much trouble finding a conditioner that doesn’t make my hair hard, but I’m happy I gave it a try.
