Works great on my colored hair. I will litterally use nothing else DOVE PUT THIS IN A BIG BOTTLE AND MY LIFE IS YOURS RAAAHHHH 👹🥰 Dove products are honestly my favorite. This smells amazing, feels amazing, gives my hair good shine and strength and leaves it very soft and moisturized. Helps me detangle my hair in the shower too. Smells good, works decent and is a great price
I really enjoy all of the Dove products I have used in the past. I was excited to try this new conditioner out, especially since I go outside a lot in the sun. My hair can get dried out and brittle, especially once the warmer months hit. I have been using this conditioner for a couple of weeks now to really try it out. The bottle is easy to use and you get a good amount of product for the price. The product itself has a slight tint, like peachy colored to me. It also has a scent, it smells pretty good, like a citrusy rose mix is the best way I can describe it. When I put the conditioner in my hair, it doesn’t automatically feel super hydrating to me like some other conditioner feels. However, after rinsing my hair and it drying, I do see some locked in moisture post using this. It’s not an insane difference to me, but I feel like overall this is a decent conditioner for the price, and over more extended time may offer some help from sun damage. My hair feels pretty soft, and healthy. So, I’d say give this a try if you’re one to be outdoors a whole lot!

Another winner from Dove
I really like this conditioner. I have a lot of hair – it’s thick and long, and I notice immediately if I use a product that doesn’t do its job. This conditioner helps my hair be more manageable; my hair is smoother, softer, and easier to brush. I don’t think that it does a better job than any other good conditioner per se, but you can expect a great conditioner and hair product just like any other Dove product. The formula includes silicones, oils, and other botanical extracts, so avoid this if you don’t like those kinds of ingredients. It doesn’t look like there are any added protein ingredients – or at least anything that stands out to me – which I appreciate, because I think my hair is protein-sensitive.The key ingredient in this new UV line is ferulic acid, which is an antioxidant that can help with “strengthening hair, protecting against environmental damage, preserving hair color, and reducing follicle inflammation” (thanks, Google AI). In theory, it would be beneficial for me because my hair color lightens significantly during the summer months, and that means my hair is technically getting damaged. In one of the listed photos it states that there is HPF 70+, but according to the interwebs there is no standard with HPF (hair protection factor) as there is with SPF or UPF. Still, it’s nice to know that there should be some level of protection against UV rays if I use this conditioner.This conditioner has a moderate fragrance that I can describe best as: sweet + fruity + tropical(?). I normally prefer fragrance-free beauty products, but the scent of this conditioner is somewhat pleasant and not too chemical-smelling or overpowering for me. The fragrance does linger after the conditioner’s been rinsed out and my hair is dried, but again, in a tolerable way. The conditioner also has a peach/apricot color to it – very pretty!There wasn’t a safety seal under the lid on the bottle I received. I normally buy Dove shampoo and conditioner bottles that have pumps, so I unfortunately have nothing to compare it with.Overall, this is another great product from Dove and I think it’s worth trying. It’s competitively priced as expected, and also vegan-friendly and cruelty-free (PETA approved brand).
