Budget friendly but strong odor
Budget friendly duo. The eye cream makes the eyes bright and hydrated. The oil works well making the skin hydrated and illuminating, but it has a strong odor. I will continue to use the eye cream but would not repurchase the oil.The product is good for its value and great for travel.

Won’t buy again.
It has a metallic smell to it. Makes face feel oily. Eye brighterner is a little tinted. When applying feels like product cakes up and looks like peeling skin…but it’s just the eye brighterner.

I am a long time customer of e.l.f. and I am so greatly disappointed that I had a reaction to this product.As you can see in the video – the area around my eyes is very irritated and swollen.Due to not having the packaging I am not able to return it.
