I really like this exfoliating scrub. It is abrasive but did not harm my sensitive skin nor did I break out. It is very good. I will repurchase for sure! My skin is looking a lot better.

Okay, where do I begin about this scrub. I love that it is vegan and made using natural ingredients. That’s a major plus!1. It smells amazing. You can smell a bit of citrus and mint in it.2. Not only is it a scrub, but it’s a cleansing scrub. As you begin to exfoliate your skin it began to suds up which is like a two in one for me.3. Afterwards it left my face so moisturized, smooth, and clean. I’m so happy it didn’t dry out my skin.This is by far one of the best facial scrubs I’ve used in a long time for my sensitive skin. I highly recommend and will be ordering again soon.

Love the texture, ingredients, and packaging
Texture is like fine sand and doesn’t immediately dissolve, which I find useful for exfoliating. The jar is glass and lid is metal, so easily recyclable. Nice scent. Pretty good in terms of minimal, sustainable, natural ingredients. Only gripe is that the lid has a bit of rust after a couple of weeks living in my shower.

Harsh on skin
Very abrasive and harsh on skin. Feels like you are polishing your face with beach sand (actually beach sand might be softer) and the mint burns after. Smells like whiskey, Comes in a small glass jar.

Very effective
For 30 years I have been using facial exfoliants. It has been an Odyssey, and now it is over. I genuinely love this product. Only a bit is needed for scrubbing your face. I use it at night in the shower, as the tiny kernels need to be rinsed off very well. A wonderful product!

I was looking for a natural facial scrub and came across this mint walnut scrub and fell in love with it.I’m really picky when it comes to skin care, but I’m glad I found this facial scrub. Not for me
Although I see quite a few reviews that love the mint I think it’s horrible. It burns my eyes terribly and bothers my eyes for quite sometime after use. I will go back to the walnut scrub from another company.

good exfoliator
I like to use a facial scrub once a week or so to exfoliate the old skin. This scrub had a lot of grit from the walnut powder, so it’s pretty intense. The directions say to wash your face first, which I did, but that seems unnecessary because the facial scrub cleans on its own. I wasn’t crazy about the mint sensation around my eyes, but I loved it on my face. My face looked brighter, and felt soft from the oils. I had to rinse it off pretty thoroughly because the walnut powder sticks a bit. The jar says you can use it twice a week, but I think that that would be too much. I also think if you had acne, it would hurt the inflamed skin.
