Goes on light, soaks right in—great product
Really nice texture once you slather this baby on. This serum is very light and absorbs quickly. Its texture is somewhere between a toner and a serum, which makes its kind of unique, and great if you are layering actives. Light scent, leaves skin feeling soft, moist, but not greasy or sticky at all.Overall I think this one may end up staying in my routine because of its light texture and rapid absorption. It just works so well with my other products. Also the price is not that bad. I did also buy the “Good Molecules Hyaluronic Acid Serum – 1% Hyaluronic Acid Non-greasy Ultra Hydrating Serum” to directly compare and I like the essence better due to its light texture.

A MUST-HAVE in my daily routine
Ok… first off i absolutely love Good Molecules products! I have so many things I use by them… they are seriously underrated, imo. Its great Korean skincare made with clean ingredients that are so mild yet effective. Fragrance free. This hyaluronic acid essence is a staple in my routine. I use it twice a day after toner. I like to flood with multiple toners for hydration then go in with a few drops of hyaluronic acid mixed with a few drops of this product. Its a very thin, watery consistency so mixed with a few drops of HA kinda thickens it up and provides me with serious hydration. I then go in with actives and other serums, moisturizer then eye cream. It plays well with everything and I even use a layer of this prior to makeup. I let it soak in then use moisturizer, spf and primer. Let that soak in a good 10-15 mins then apply my makeup. I am 48yrs old and my skin has never looked better. Yes I have a few fine lines here n there, I have expression lines, I am human. But taking good care of your skin is so super important and should start as early as possible (within reason, ofc). I belive that having a good HA as your first step after toner is important and I will forever use this one. I also use the HA serum from Good Molecules. I have a normal/dry skin type, semi sensitive, still get a bit of acne from time to time (hormonal) and this product never irritates anything at all. Very mild. Very effective. 100% recommend 👌 great size bottle for the price. I use it twice daily and it lasts me like 6 months or so. A little goes a long way.

Mostly because I trust this brand at this point and also because it was around $14, which is very “sure, let’s experiment” pricing.First impression? It looks like fancy water.Like if water had a skincare degree.It’s super thin and watery, not a thick serum. You pat it on after cleansing and it just vanishes into your skin. No stickiness, no film, no “why is my face tacky for 20 minutes?” situation.I basically splash it on like my skin is a houseplant that needs misting.Within seconds my face feels softer and bouncier, like it actually drank something. That tight, stretchy feeling disappears almost immediately.After a couple weeks of using it morning and night, I noticed my skin just looked… healthier. More plump. More even. That subtle “glass skin” glow where you look hydrated instead of shiny. There’s a difference, and this gives hydrated.Makeup also sits better on top. Foundation doesn’t cling to dry patches like it’s fighting for survival.I also appreciate the ingredient transparency. Good Molecules is one of the few brands that actually lists percentages instead of being vague and mysterious. I like knowing what I’m putting on my face instead of just trusting the vibes.The sakura/ferment thing sounds fancy, but what matters to me is: it hydrates deeply without feeling greasy or heavy. Nice product.
Arrived on time. A liquid that adds hydration to the skin. I’ve only used it two weeks, no allergic reactions, pleasant to use, does seem to plump up the skin. Very generous size, should last a long time. Watched a video where a dermatologist recommended it.

I’m so obsessed with these products! I was a loyal, regular user of another more mainstream line of skin-care. After being introduced to Good Molecules, I have since switched to all of their products and the price is a fraction of the previous brand I used. My skin is so soft, moisturized and glowing! The cleaner ingredients are so effective on my aging face.

Good but not the best value on a budget
It’s a good hydrating formula that is gentle on my sensitive skin. It sinks into the skin easily and pairs well with my vitamin C serum in the morning. The packaging is nice heavy glass and very secure with a stopper under the cap. But honestly, I don’t notice that it’s done anything more for my skin than my CeraVe hydrating toner, which costs less for more product.

I love good molecules products and I love this stuff! My skin is on the dry side and it just drinks this essence up. There is no fragrance which is nice if you have sensitive skin. This could be used in place of a toner, so if you are looking for a gentle, fragrance free, hydrating toner, Buy this one.
