Hidden gem for a girl on her last clumps of hair
Background:I have traction alopecia from tight buns. For the last couple months I have had very bad dry dandruff hair that was itchy and getting pink.I have natural non dyed thin porous semi wavy and sometimes frizzy hair.Also lately my hair was coming out in clumps. It was getting to the point where I was afraid to shower because I would run my fingers through my hair and it was like my hair was melting off my head with the amount of hair coming out.I wanted something natural with solid ingredients that wasn’t going to cost a true arm and a leg to buy. Not a steal, but not a bank robbery either.Pros and Cons:The bottles are not huge. I was sad about that, but I like the shape of the bottles and you don’t need to use much product. The product will likely last me a couple months.The smell is different, but in a good way. I still can’t quite describe it. I smell a slight tint of ginger, Saw palmetto, and rosemary the most. It’s not a smell where I was instantly obsessed with, but overtime I am learning to love. It’s one of the first times my man has said my hair smells good, and it’s been the only shampoo that I can still smell in my hair the next day.It doesn’t lather instantly either, but once you start rubbing it in, it has a smooth and natural type of lather I have never felt before, but again in a good way.At first with the shampoo I was feeling hopeless. It didn’t give me that great smooth feeling after washing it out, but my scalp did feel very clean. I was starting to think I made a mistake.After the conditioner I had a much smoother feeling I strive for with my washes.The aftermath:Wow, I had about 60 percent less hair fall out with the first wash, that alone almost made me tear up with joy.Brushing my hair after the shower I saw again a drastically less amount of hair loss.My hair dried faster.It dried smooth and it was the first time I could run my fingers through my hair and not get a tangle or multiple strains of hair coming out when dry. The ends of my hair get very porous and I could tell a difference right away. My scalp felt a different type of clean-clean !Now my next test. I had my hair up in a tight bun as always for 14 hours.Taking my ponytail out always results in hair loss wrapped around the ponytail.Not one piece of hair was in that ponytail!I seriously can’t believe I am seeing all these benefits in one use.After, I brushed my hair, again nervous because even when my hair is dry, brushing results to me pulling out all the dead hair in my brush, and looking at all the hair on the floor and over the sink.When I tell you there was maybe ten hairs in that brush I was amazed !Lastly, my scalp is not as pink, my head is still itchy, but not like how it was and my dandruff has significantly improved. When I scratch my head I usually see a rain cloud of white flakes on my shirt after. Today, I did not see that rain cloud of flakes for the first time in 8 months at least. Even with me using dandruff shampoo I was still seeing flakes. NOT TOday baby NOT today!That was a bonus. I wasn’t expecting this to help with my dandruff problem.Final thoughts:I know this was long, but I was seriously on my last straw. If it helps someone great. I really wanted to give someone that full picture before blowing 40-50 dollars on something that probably wouldn’t work great. I am really hopeful on this product. I will do an updated review once I use it longer, but for now I am really excited and pleased with this stuff.

Fresh scent and soft hair
This shampoo and conditioner set smells amazing, fresh and natural without being too strong. It leaves my hair very soft, smooth, and easy to manage. A little goes a long way, so it lasts a long time. My scalp feels healthier, and my hair looks fuller and stronger. Great quality and definitely worth it.

My hair is very fine and thin. I’ve been trying different shampoos/conditioners over the years and none have softenedor given my hair the shine like RootStim. The results, even though the set is a little pricey, are absolutely worth the cost because now my hair looks and feels healthy which I’m proud of. Using only a small amount of each my hair loss is so much less in and out of the shower-wow! No longer using another product for tangles which weighed down my hair saving time and money. And the scent is wonderful – not medicinal like others. Very pleased with RootStim and will repurchase.

The shampoo and cream rinse seems to be working well. I do have new growth. My hair is getting a little thicker. It gets my hair nice and clean. It smells pleasant. And it seems to be good for my hair. My hair is not greasy, it’s nice and shiny. It’s easy to come out. I would buy this again.

Favorite product by far!
My baby fine hair looks and feels so much thicker and healthier! I’ve tried numerous shampoos and conditioners that claim your hair will be fuller and healthier, but this stuff really works! I love the fresh, soft scent too. It smells nothing like chemicals, and I have not lost any hair using this product. Hands down, this shampoo and conditioner delivers what they promise. I love it!

Waste of 35 dollars
For 35 dollars you would think this should work. It absolutely does not. I have no idea what is happening for these other people to be giving it 5 stars. Thr smell is nice, but I have been using this for over a month and it has not helped even a little bit with how much hair is falling out, let alone helping it grow back. Absolute waste of money.

Silky soft
I bought due to research and the reviews. My hair was so dry and falling out in clumps. Literally so much I cried at the thought of every wash. I seen this when researching one of my favorite review companies and after deep diving, thought let’s give it a try. Here’s my thoughts.Pros:My hair is so unbelievably soft after using this. I was applying a very high end, expensive leave in conditioner after every wash before this. Now With this, there is absolutely no need. It’s is silky smooth. Not one tangle. I’m not joking when I stress how soft it felt. Like putting a knife in soft butter. Amazing!!I have also been keeping track of the hair I was losing in bags every week. I have noticed less shedding and less in the bags. I’m not sure if it’s the shampoo & conditioner or the hair vitamins I’m taking. Maybe both. Either way this makes me very happy.I think it’s too soon to tell if it is helping with growth but the benefits above have me sold.Cons:I definitely don’t love the smell. I don’t hate it but it’s kinda hard to explain. After applying the conditioner, the smell is better but still not like ohhhh 😍The bottles are not that big but you don’t have to use much, so should last me a few months.I will continue to use it solely on how soft and shiny my hair feels.Update due to questions I received on this compared to Olaplex.- I purchased Olaplex #4 & #5 to compare* Both made my hair feel soft, however the RootSlim felt the best on my hair.* Olaplex I had to use their leave in conditioner for a silky feel like I felt with the RootSlim and with the RootSlim I needed nothing.
