Package intact, but the lid is broken
I am really looking forward to use this product for the very first time, unfortunately it came with the lid broken and I requested a replacement. I’ve noticed that it’s not the first time that it happened to a costumer, so I would recommend the brand to consider changing the container. The product has a really good smell, the amount is great and the texture looks like that it will bring the moisture that I am looking for to my and my hair. I am excited to get my replacement for it so I can start using it as soon as possible!

It does what it says. I have loved Kallie for many many years and I love this mask. My hair is burnt from bleaching it and this after 2 uses has brought it back to life
