This shampoo works. My hair was thinning and coming out a lot. I started using this shampoo abd conditioner about a year ago. My hair is thicker and doesn’t come out in the shower or on my floor anymore. I highly recommend.

Too hard to squeeze!
I’ve been using for about 6 weeks now which is how long I feel it takes before I’ll see any type of change occur. I am not losing as much hair and overall the product does a nice job on lathering and cleaning my hair without excessive build up. I also use the conditioner and deep conditioner (once a week) and like the fact that its a very lightweight conditioner. Product smells nice and not overpowering. There is no “thickening” or “volumizing” action to any of these products, just clean hair. The biggest drawback of this product is the packaging. The bottles are very hard to squeeze and considering many customers are likely older women, it makes it very difficult to use the product. I most likely won’t purchase again because of this. I can purchase other products that are easier to use that will give me the same results in the same price range 🙁
