Leave in for 1-5 minutes
This conditioner smells delicious but it’s a heavy cream so you don’t need a lot of it (I used too much the first time and it left my hair kind of greasy) it does leave your hair nice and soft but you do need to leave it in for a few minutes before rinsing.

Smells nice, works well
It smells more like a sweet lemon candy rather than grapefruit in my opinion. But it still has a nice sugar scent. My hair is very long (reaches my lower back), and i don’t have to use too much product to coat all my hair. It’s made my hair very soft and shiny.

False advertisement
Ordered the Oregon oil, shampoo and conditioner very dissatisfied with it. Do not use these products If you have very thick course hair, they literally make your hair more thicker and very unmanageable. They might work for people with very thin straight hair. I Used the shampoo and conditioner once and was not happy with it I ordered the argon oil because I thought it would moisturize my hair. It absolutely did nothing. I have had much cheaper shampoos and conditioners do a way better job than these products . if it’s one thing I’ve learned is I will never look at another advertisement again and believe it if there isn’t any refund involved, I have wasted my money on a product that just doesn’t work. No, I will not recommend this product to anyone.

I love the smell- if you like cotton candy you’ll like this smell
Its not too thick but not as effective for my dry hair as I would like. My hair is soft is soft but still fly away and the smell is fantastic, like cotton candy.

Liquid instead of bar
I have been using this product in solid form and I thought I would try the liquid. Great product but very difficult to open. I had to modify the little catch to be able to dispense it.Leaves my hair soft and easy to manage.

Beware of the cap!
Just received this and have only used it once. Nice and thick, smells great, you only need a tiny bit( and I have long hair) and left my hair really soft and not greasy. My only issue is it was really hard to open. There is an indentation on the cap which you have to press down on to release the opening. Made several attempts, applying heavy pressure before it finally opened. Would have given it 5 stars, but the cap ruined it for me. Going to transfer it to a different bottle. Will update the review after a few more uses.

Welp, not so great 😣
I had high hopes for this conditioner. I know their bar soaps are pretty good but this conditioner, not so much. I like my conditioner to make my hair feel and look silky smooth but also light weight. This was heavy and not too conditioning at all.
