love the way this feels on the skin
I ended up loving this serum. The presentation leans heavily into a luxury aesthetic. The bottle has a reflective gold finish with a substantial cap and a pump dispenser, and it does look and feel more premium than most products in this price range. It comes across as something you would expect to cost quite a lot, at least visually.Where this really performs is in the texture and overall user experience. The serum is lightweight, spreads easily, and absorbs extremely well. It leaves the skin feeling smooth, clean, and almost completely dry to the touch with no tackiness or residue. It layers easily with other products and works well both morning and night. There is no added fragrance, although there is a very faint natural scent from the ingredients that fades quickly.Looking at the ingredient list, this is a gentle formulation. There is retinol present along with retinyl palmitate, but both appear relatively low in the list. There is also a long list of peptides and other supporting ingredients, but these are likely included at modest levels. In practice, this behaves more like a hydrating, conditioning serum with mild retinol exposure rather than a strong treatment product.Because of that, the warnings about retinol use feel more like standard category guidance than something this formula strongly demands. That said, if you are new to retinoids, it is still reasonable to ease into use and see how your skin responds. The marketing language leans heavily on NAD+, peptides, and advanced technology claims. Those are present on the label, but the overall performance here is much more about comfort and finish than aggressive anti-aging effects. At under $25 for 1.7 ounces, I think this is a fair value for what it is: a super comfortable, easy-to-use serum with a premium feel and a gentle formulation. At the full listed price of more than $50, it is harder to justify based on the actual strength of the actives.Overall, this is a well-made, very wearable serum with extremely good texture and sensory experience.

Unknown brand, but no issues so far
I’m always a little bit cautious with these Chinese brands, they tend to have nice packaging and they mimic well-known Korean or Japanese brands but that country just does not have the same level of manufacturing regulation. So with products from there, I will always carefully patch test.At least I usually do, but sometimes I get lazy, I don’t have very sensitive skin. This serum was thin overall and spread easily, absorbed quickly, and didn’t get all sticky. I had a nice smell that dissipated quickly. It did feel very moisturizing, especially when used under my moisturizer cream. I think it was pretty effective at adding a wash of moisture, but I’m not sure about the retinal content. Usually if it has a strong enough dose to actually do anything you will feel some kind of tightness or dryness, but I felt nothing so it probably just has a tiny amount.I would not get this if you’re looking for a strong retinal product but if you’re just looking for a general inexpensive serum, this is fine. Having said that at this point you can find real known brands that have known qualities of active so that may be a better option.

Great for softening my wrinkles and for hydration
This is one of the better OTC serums with retinols I’ve tried. I can’t say much about the effect of NAD+ and the peptides on my face, but the retinols and the hydrating aspects work very nicely to bring in moisturization when I apply my moisturizer on top. It’s a nice feel – pleasant, no real smell, not at all greasy and applies evenly with ease. The peptides all seem to be the ones that people frequently use as an alternative to botulinum toxin therapy. Subtle results, but positive. Now – I do use this in conjunction with a full skincare routine including Tretinoin and Azelaic Acid, however it does add a nice net positive. It’s the second to last thing I apply (right before the moisturizer) and it works great – I don’t wake up with dry skin ever.As for value – fairly average for this type of product. I wouldn’t mind buying more at the current value.

An everyday skincare serum with an incredibly comfortable feel.
I’ve recently been tweaking my skincare routine, and I’ve incorporated this collagen serum, formulated with NAD+ and retinol into my daily regimen. My biggest takeaway after using it for a while is that the texture is quite lightweight and refreshing; it doesn’t feel heavy or thick, and it absorbs into the skin quite quickly.I typically use it in the evening, pairing it with my basic moisturizer. After using it consistently for a period of time, I’ve noticed that my skin feels more stable; dryness has subsided somewhat, and my complexion looks more radiant overall. As for fine lines, the improvement feels gradual rather than dramatic, there aren’t any exaggerated, overnight changes, but my skin texture does feel noticeably smoother. This serum leans more toward being a gentle, everyday care product, making it well-suited for long-term use.
