Wonderful for oily skin
I have naturally oily skin and had never used moisturizer on my face, but as I move through my 40s, I wanted to make sure I keep my skin in good condition. All the moisturizers I’ve tried have always added an oily feeling to my skin. But the bamboo in this product keeps the moisture in and the oil away. It doesn’t work forever, of course, but it’s the only thing that keeps me from instantly looking shiny again 15 minutes after I wash my face. For the size of the bottle, the price is a steal, especially considering the fact that one tiny pump is enough for your whole face. It absorbs quickly, has a very light, pleasant smell, and once it’s fully absorbed, you should stay matte for at least a few hours. Never thought I’d love a moisturizer but here we are!

Best moisturizer.
Best moisturizer there is. It smells amazing like you moisturized your face in a cut flower bed. Makes your skin feel so soft and smooth, but not oily. After I put it on it’s absorbed by the time I’ve finished brushing my teeth. With anything this great I wish there was more in the bottle. It has never made me break out but if I forget it I notice more breakouts.

This was a wonderful product, great for moisture, great for all day wear as is light and not at all greasy looking or feeling. My one question on this product is why was there no seal of any type on the bottle top, generally these pump type things come with the sealed bottle and the pump comes in a cellophane wrap along with the bottle in a box. But, there was no seal of any kind and the pump was already in the bottle and there wasn’t even a seal on the box it came in. I’m hoping this wasn’t used and a return?? Both bottles I bought came the same way.

It’s matte, and all that…
At 54, I’m a little old to use this as my only/daily moisturizer, at least in winter (makes me look a bit dull and papery), but it’s a brilliant spot treatment for anything oily or shiny. Works almost like foundation, without the pigment matching/pore clogging concerns that have dogged me in the past. For younger folks I’d definitely recommend, especially if you’re using foundation primarily to control shine.
