My new holy grail for a nice deep cleanse
As someone with super dry skin, it’s been really difficult for me to find a cleanser that checks all my boxes:1. cleans thoroughly without that tight, stripping feeling2. removed makeup on nights I’m too lazy to double cleanse3. doesn’t leave my face even more dehydratedHint: this cleanser checked ALL my boxes and maybe even more. I tried it for the first time after doing some pretty deep research, and I was honestly soldd once I learned about the science-backed ingredients that went into the formula. It felt really refreshing to see a product grounded in real research rather than just popular, influencer type gimmick.As someone who’s very sensitive to fragrance, I was pleasantly surprised that it smells really good without being too much. The gel lathers quickly, feels luxurious, and left my skin feeling super soft and clean without making my skin feel itchy from dryness.I’ve used this product for around a month so far, and I recently bought two more bottles of this cleanser as well as the rest of their products (which I also loved) during their black friday sale, so I can gift them to my mom and a friend as a Christmas gift.The packaging feels luxurious and looks great on my countertop, and I really appreciate the pump design for convenience.I’m really not super easily impressed because I try so many new skincare products as they launch, but I’m glad I found a new cleanser I love that I can add to my rotation. Refreshing cleanser that feels clean, not stripped
This cleanser foams up nicely and leaves my skin feeling clean without that tight, dry feeling, which is important during long Alaskan winters. The green tea gives it a fresh scent, and it does a good job removing makeup at the end of the day. I like using it after cold outdoor activities when my skin feels congested. It controls oil well, though very dry skin types may want to follow with a heavier moisturizer.

Great cleanser
A friend of mine recommended this product to me, and I am so glad I gave it a try. I have used many Korean skincare products in the past, so I have high standards, and this one definitely did not disappoint.I have sensitive and dry skin, so I’m always careful about what I use on my face. This cleanser works incredibly well—it cleans thoroughly but I don’t feel stripped or too dry after using it, which is a huge plus for me. The scent is also really good and makes the experience very pleasant.Overall, it feels very refreshing on the skin. This is definitely going to be my new daily cleanser!

Fantastic deep cleaner for combination skin
I really love this cleanser. It provides a deep clean, no significant fragrance and does not burn my eyes.I was looking for a replacement for youth to the people kale and spinach cleanser, because I didn’t feel it was providing me with a deep clean.This is definitely it.The Sumsae Pore Control cleaner is fantastic!

Worked!!
I have combination, breakout prone skin that gets irritated easily, but this cleansing gel foam worked really well for me. The formula feels gentle, and my skin didn’t get red or sensitive after using it. It also removes makeup thoroughly without leaving any residue. The scent is soft and subtle, and it leaves my skin feeling hydrated, making it a great option even for the winter months. Overall, I’m very satisfied with how clean and calm my skin feels after using this cleanser.

Refreshing Cleanser That Feels Great but Might Not Suit All Skin Types
I’ve been using this SUMSAE Pore Control Cleansing Gel Foam for a bit now, and overall I really like it. The texture starts as a smooth gel and turns into a nice foam that feels light but effective. It removes makeup easily and leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed without that tight, dry feeling some cleansers cause. The scent is mild with a bit of green tea and citrus, which makes it pleasant to use, especially in the morning.I did notice that while it does a great job balancing oil and keeping pores looking clearer, it might be a little too much for very sensitive skin. My skin isn’t overly sensitive, but I could see how the active ingredients might be a bit strong for some people.For me, it’s a solid daily cleanser that feels more luxurious than most and really does leave my skin soft and balanced. Its a really nice cleanser that delivers on what it promises.

Rich Lather and a Great Scent
The cleanser cleans so thoroughly!It lathers well, smells great, and leaves my skin feeling so fresh and clean after rinsing with water.I’m also using the Sumsae Vitamin C Serum and Essence, and since the cleanser is amazing too, I’m really looking forward to the next products in the line!

Great Face wash but not for me
The soap has a very foamy and fluffy texture, creating a rich lather that feels luxurious on the skin. However, despite its appealing texture, it unfortunately irritates my skin, which is acne-prone and sensitive, causing redness and discomfort after use.
