Lots of shimmer and shine!
Tarte cosmetics are exactly what the name implies – beautiful and high quality. The shimmering powder is no exception, it goes on smooth and blends perfectly without causing any irritation. I will say this is more sparkly than what I typically use, so a little goes a long ways! I just dab on the corners of my eyes for a little extra pop, but it would also be great for highlighting cheekbones or collarbones. I do wish that for the price it came with some sort of applicator set, but if you use this type of makeup you generally have plenty of spare brushes and sponges. These products are pricy for the size, but this isn’t something you’d wear every day so it should last a while. Also the quality is above average so I feel like it’s justified.
