THE SUPREME AYURVEDIC EYE CARE ANJANA INSPIRED BY SAHASRAYOGAM In Ayurveda, Anjana is a herbal eye treatment used to cleanse, protect, and treat eye conditions like inflammation, irritation, and infections. It also supports overall eye health and improves vision. Ayurvedic texts mention different types of Anjana for specific conditions, and it is applied along the inner eyelid as a therapeutic or cosmetic remedy
CHAKSHUSHYA HERBS: The handmade Ayurvedic kajal known as Sunetri Anjana is crafted according to the ancient Ayurvedic text Sahasrayogam. It incorporates Chakshushya herbs such as Tulsi, Triphala, Sahadevi, and Daruharidra, all of which are known for nourishing and protecting the eyes. These herbs undergo a 21-day processing period to create a black medicated soot, which is collected on a copper plate, resulting in a kajal that is both therapeutic and beautifying for the eyes.
CASTOR OIL BASE : The oil base of Sunetri Anjana Ayurvedic kajal is made from natural ingredients such as castor oil, almond oil, and bee wax. These components not only make the kajal 100% natural but also provide multiple eye benefits. The kajal cools and moisturizes the eyes, helps to remove dryness, and promotes overall eye health by soothing and nourishing the delicate eye area
BALANCES PITTHA DOSHA OF EYES: In Ayurveda, the eyes are considered to be primarily governed by the Pitta dosha, particularly a subtype called Alochaka Pitta. Pitta is associated with heat, light, and transformation, and any imbalance in this dosha can lead to eye issues such as dryness, redness, inflammation, and sensitivity to light. Balancing Pitta through cooling, moisturizing, and soothing treatments—such as using Chakshushya herbs and oils found in products like Tatsat Ayurvedic Kajal—can help to reduce eye irritation and maintain eye health
IS IT SMUDGE PROOF ? : Tatsat Ayurvedic Kajal may not be entirely smudge-proof. While it is designed to be long-lasting and uses natural ingredients for better adherence, reviews suggest that some smudging can occur, especially under certain conditions like humidity or oily skin. It’s still praised for its deep black color and nourishing properties, but users may experience some smudging depending on their skin type
SAFE FOR BABIES/DERMATOLOGICALLY SAFE : Yes, Tatsat Ayurvedic Kajal is generally safe for all age groups, including sensitive eyes, due to its natural ingredients and it is dermatologically safe as per the lab reports. However, the only potential allergen is Pachakarpoora (edible camphor), which may cause irritation in some individuals. It’s advisable to test for sensitivity, especially when using it on babies or young children

eels like caring for my eyes, not just applying makeup
This is hands-down the most natural eyeliner I’ve ever used. I absolutely love that it’s completely chemical-free and lead-free, so I feel safe and good applying it so close to my eyes every day. The Ayurvedic herbs give it a soothing, cooling feel with no irritation at all. It provides a beautiful, rich black color while letting me avoid all the harsh chemicals found in regular kajal and eyeliners. Highly recommend for anyone wanting clean, holistic eye care!It glides on smoothly and stays put reasonably well throughout the day without smudging too much. Sometimes i need slightly retouch in very hot weather.Infused with Chakshushya herbs, it truly feels like real eye care instead of just makeup — my eyes feel nourished and protected every time I wear it, I love it!!I keep reordering this over and over, lol 🙂

Exotic
This is a super dark eyeliner. It’s my favorite. Natural and doesn’t burn my eyes. Can apply thick to the waterline in one swipe and can apply to top line. It can smudge after a while but it’s not bad and I think it’s worth it for how dark and smooth it goes on. It’s actually exotic looking

Amazing!
The quality of this eyeliner is absolutely amazing. It glides on smoothly, is soft, and lasts for a long time. While it does smudge a bit, I’m fine with that. What I love most about this eyeliner is that it’s made from organic, herbal ingredients, making it safe for the eyes. ingredients, hence safe for eyes.

It smudges but if you like the Y2K look then this is your product
I love this product but it does not stay and it smears. But the color is an amazing black. It has a scent not sure what it is. It did not irritate my eyes. I would like to give it a 3 stars but 4 is being generous as I feel it is prob best for people with super dry skin.

Excellent for sensitive eyes
I don’t leave reviews on anything usually but I can’t wear ANY eyeliner without my eyes watering and burning but not only did I put it on my waterline with no issue I also fell asleep in it and it still didn’t burn even when I woke up which is unheard of for me. It smells slightly of something herbal but it is very faint but pleasant and you can’t smell it after it’s on and clearly it must be some kind of medicinal ingredient as advertised. It’s slightly cooling. ( the smearing for me was minimal and expected for pencil liner but easily wiped off. )I haven’t worn eye makeup in years (which was frustrating as my style is sort of goth/alternative) because of how ridiculously sensitive my eyes are and now I can again. Thank you so much!!!

Smells weird
It stinks, hard to get on my eyes. Smudges. You can easily wipe it away.

Love it. Great for my sensitive eyes.
I have extremely sensitive eyes. They’ve always done that thing where regular eyeliner makes me feel tired after I’ve worn it for a bit, but as I’ve aged they get puffy, itchy, and red. If the liner is waterproof it burns and waters unbearably. Many eye shadows and mascaras do it as well, I suppose I’m allergic to something that’s commonly used in eye makeup, but I’ve never done any testing to figure out what exactly. That’s why I decided to give this product a try. It’s been a few months now, and I will never use anything else. While this does smudge horribly, the fact that I can use it at all makes up for it. I honestly have no other option, so a beautifully rich black eyeliner that doesn’t hurt to wear is a five star product to me, I am just careful not to rub my eyes and I check them in my phone periodically to make sure I haven’t smudged. Now that the point is gone and it’s like a thicker crayon it’s not like applying regular eyeliner. Since it’s so soft, To apply I only need to put it on my bottom lash/water lines and then I squeeze my eyes shut a few times so it applies itself to the top. Easy peasy! It can be smudged for a Smokey look, but I just leave it as is.If smells bother you, this smells like incense, so be aware of that. It’s pleasant, I like it.

All natural eyeliner, rich color and super smooth clean lines!
Beautiful product with some star Ayurvedic ingredients that nourish and protects the eyes. Easy to apply, super clean smooth lines, no irritants and ingredients that are so good, your eyelashes will absolutely thank you. Its lines are so clean, smooth and beautiful, it could last a while and is clearly great value for money. When compared to the amount of chemical and artificial ingredients in most eyelashes except perhaps some natural brands like Bare minerals, Physician’s or Burts Bees, Tat Sat has proven to me it’s both good for the eyes and a versatile eyeliner. It’s all natural ingredients list, rich color and it’s super smooth clean lines are to me the highlights that put it above the rest.

Best eye kajal. Not too dark nor very light. Texture is as it should be considering Indian skin tone. I always get eye allergies after using eye kajal pencil or liner. Finally found a kajal where I had no reaction or allergy after applying. I use it daily and best part is it easily wipes off with coconut oil . Unlike other kajal where I have to really rub it of with oil and then face wash. However, it smudges a bit after 5hr. But that is ok.If you are looking for a safer eye kajal then go for this one.

Made of natural ingredients, this product smells nice and a few coats are needed to make it dark. Doesn’t last long though and smudges which might need to be cleaned. Also needs reapplication regularly.

Love this and looks so good on my eyes. Didn’t make my eyes itch like other pencils. Only downside is the very tiny blob in a very tiny container.
