OOOH Smells SOOO GREATAAAA!!!
I’m SOOO in love with THIS MASK RIGHT NOW, and have been for the past eight months or so now. Every time I try to use something else, I come right back to the moisturizing shampoo and this mask. I was always told my hair didn’t like/couldn’t “handle” protein so stay away from it because every time I’d get a treatment, my hair would begin breaking off. They were the “pro’s” so for years I permed and listened and the damaged continued. UNTIL, I decided, no more. So longer story short, my hair is healthier than it’s been in YEARS and this is the change along with a few other staple products. But I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the moisture, smell, softness and EVERYTHING about THIS mask! Get IT!

Vatica is one of the best products that I grew up with it helps my hair so much with my hard water that caused so much damage to my hair. This mask keep your hair silky smells great until the next wash and makes ur hair soft like a puppy . If You have a fuzzy or tangled hair. You should use this mask at least once a week.

Very good as a pre wash conditioner. It works well as a mask too. I like to use it for a pre wash because I have fine thin hair and this is probably made for women with thicker hair. I do enjoy this stuff and will buy again.

The smell ruins the great product.
This product actually works wonders. And it works on Eastern Asian hair. My hair has been badly damaged by a perm and the ensuing mistreatment of an over-ambitious stylist who used unbearably high temperature to blow dry. I had been on a journey to restore moisture, shine and softness to my hair for months. Just after one use of this product, my hair felt amazing! It was beyond words amazing…I couldn’t stop touching my hair after the treatment because it was so soft and smooth, literally felt like silk. But sadly, I just don’t think I could ever use it again despite the great results. I learnt about the brand Vatika from a YouTuber, and found this one on Amazon. What I didn’t pay attention to was this jar has a cap of different color from the one in that YouTube video. The YouTuber was raving about the product, including its scent. But the scent of this jar is just way too overpowering. It masks every other smell around you: you won’t be able to appreciate any other fragrant product you use; expensive perfume would be a waste after you had a hair treatment with this product; you would hesitate to go close to other people because you would fear that the smell would repel them… Well, to be absolutely fair, this actually doesn’t stink, like some other reviewer mentioned, but it is WAY TOO OVERPOWERING. If the “scent” of this were diluted by a lot, it could actually smell good. But I don’t know what went into the head of whoever designed this: the amount of fragrance put into the product is atrocious. And yes, I concur with another reviewer here, the smell doesn’t even wash out! Three days after the treatment, I washed my hair with deep cleansing shampoo, and guess what? After drying, I could still smell this. So sad, I will just have to give up using this product with amazing results. If anyone knew which Vatika Hot Oil Treatment has a milder smell, please respond to this review, maybe I would be willing to try. Thank you.

My hair loves it!
I received a replacement since the seal was broken on the first container I received. My hair was so soft, felt extremely moisturized, and I had very little shedding. The directions say to leave it on your hair for 15 minutes, but I left it on a little longer. If you’re sensitive to smells, you may not like the product. As for me, I will definitely purchase it again!

Lots of protein…beware
I have thick, naturally curly hair that is prone to dryness. I’d read several positive reviews for Darbur Vantika Naturals Nourishment Hot Oil Treatment, so I decided to try it myself. Unfortunately, I did not realize how protein rich the product is. I left it on slightly longer than recommended and ended up with hair that is far from “smooth and creamy.” My natural coils have relaxed and my hair looks and feels extremely brittle, even after three days and three subsequent co-washes.I don’t want to give this product an entirely negative review, since technically I did not use according to direction. However, I would not expect the results I experienced from a product advertised as a “hot oil treatment,” and I would want others to be aware that the product is really more like a heavy duty reconstructor that must be rinsed out right away.

I received this product today and used it right away! I must say that I was stunned by the results. I spent over $400 dollars on products because my hair of mixed texture was shedding so badly. I followed the instructions. To begin with the texture was delightful, the smell may be a bit strong for some but I loved the smell. Smells like an Indian herb. All the same prior to using this product, when using conditioner I could see the hair coming out in the comb. The minuet I used this product the hair was little to none!!!! and I am not getting paid for telling you this. It is amazing and you will be amazed by the results. I will be stocking up!
