Love this!!
I’ve been using this serum for a couple of weeks and I really like it so far. My skin looks brighter and more even, and it gives a nice healthy glow. It feels lightweight and absorbs pretty quickly. I also like that it layers well under my moisturizer and sunscreen. Overall my skin feels smoother and more hydrated. I’m definitely going to keep using it.

Nice Multi-Benefit Serum
This SOLCEGE Advanced Vitamin C Serum is really nice! It’s way more than a vitamin C serum. It has several amazing actives in it, which definitely make it a great value for the price. This serum could easily replace 95% of the serums in most skincare routines. It brightens my skin without any harsh smell or stickiness. The ingredients are in efficacious amounts, yet I have not experienced any irritation.I would 100% recommend this serum, especially to someone who is a product/skincare minimalist.

Burning and redness
I’m a little on the fence about whether or not I like this product. I like the fact that I has a variety of ingredients for a basically all-in-one serum, but every single time I put the serum on my face, it always burns and makes my skin red. I’m usually fine putting any and all products on my face since I don’t have sensitive skin, but there’s something in this serum that my skin doesn’t like. The burning and redness does go away after a few minutes, but it’s still something I would like to avoid. It’s thin with the consistency of real maple syrup and not tacky when fully dried. It has a slight alcohol smell probably from the witch hazel. I’ve been trying the serum every other night over the last 3 weeks and my skin tone has become more even and a little brighter. There was a dark spot on my chin from an old pimple and it was barely noticeable after about a week. I’d probably only use this as a spot treatment for any dark spots going forward, but if your skin can handle it, it might not be bad to add to your daily skincare routine.

More than just vitamin C
This vitaminc c serum delivers great results than regular vitamin c c serums because has additional ingredients to boost radiant skin by also softening and calming it. This serum feels more of a complete option because you get more benefits than just vitamin c alone. People prone to irritation may want to read ingredients in case there are ingredients they don’t tolerate well. My rosacea prone skin has no issues with this serums and the results are promising, skin feeling soft and looking more radiant than ever. Salicylic acid exfoliates the skin for a cleaner skin.

Made in USA-all recognizable ingredients in an effective serum.
There are plenty of vitamin C serums available out there. Plenty of them have lot of ingredients or lists plenty of multi-syllable ingredients that would be unknown unless you just recently took chemistry. The Solcege vitamin C serum has a short ingredient list where every item should be recognizable to anyone who has an interest in skincare.There are no added fragrances or coloring and that just makes it even better. There is no listed expiration date or percentages of the retinol or niacinamide and other active ingredients but that just makes it more usable for all skin types. When no percentages are given, it is usually because they are in low amounts to make it easy for all skin types to use with no irritation. My favorite part about this serum is that there is no stinging for me and I have dry and sensitive skin normally. This serum also does not leave you with any sort of tackiness or stickiness when this dries. It has a nice clean dry feel but it is not drying or leave your skin feeling tight.The glass bottle is colored white to help protect the integrity and efficacy of the ingredients. The scent is clean, medicinal smell that is light. The coloration of the serum is very very light yellow. The texture is about average for a serum, not too thick or too watery.The active ingredients are a little bit of all the things that most people are looking for to address: moisture, skin barrier, dullness, dark spots, texture, and overall just improve your skin. I find that with this one serum you could probably shorten your skincare routine to just this serum.

Decent vitamin C serum, but not my favorite
This Solcege Advanced Vitamin C Serum has a short list of mostly “clean” ingredients and is made in the USA. It’s a bit thicker than I expected, but that actually makes it easier to control how much I dispense from the dropper. It absorbs quickly without leaving my skin sticky or tacky. After a few weeks of use, I haven’t had any irritation or reaction on my sensitive, rosacea prone skin, and there’s no noticeable scent.That said, I don’t love it. It just doesn’t seem to do much to enhance my skin tone or texture. It’s a decent serum, and I’ll finish the bottle, but I won’t be reordering. Skincare is so personal though, and it might be perfect for your skin.

Nice product leaves your skin soft and glowing
Being a woman of age with extremely sensitive skin (rosacea) I was a bit leary of trying this product for fear it would cause an outbreak after reading the list of ingredients. Niacinamide, MSM and salicylic acid often times results in an outbreak for me. The first day, I only applied it to a few areas of my face to see if I would have a reaction but fortunately it was all good. The next day, I applied it to my whole face including the areas where I typically see an outbreak and to my surprise, I had no outbreak at all and not even any tingling. It’s been 4 days now and all is good. My face feels more hydrated so I know it is doing something good. I think to use this everyday would probably be pushing it for me based on my sensitivity but I plan to use this every other day. A little bit goes along way with this product so I fully expect this bottle to last a while.
