Is there a word for when you’re ready to go on the grid…but not do a face reveal? Jennifer Aniston is pioneering new ways to soft-launch a romance, slow-rolling her new boyfriend for reasons we can guess and, frankly, totally get behind.
To indicate it was no summer fling, Aniston kicked off Fall Cuffing Season by going Instagram-official with reported boyfriend Jim Curtis, posting a picture of…the back of his neck…deep in a dump of summer snaps. (Offline, the pair were spotted going out to dinner on Friday, September 5, in New York City, per Page Six.) I mean, we’re pretty sure that’s his neck. It would certainly be weird if it were someone else’s neck. If my boyfriend posted another girl’s neck at that angle, I’d be like, “What’s up with the neck?”
“Thank you summer ☀️❤️🙏🏼” she captioned the upload. The comments were full of gushing well-wishes, happy that she’s happy and confirming that, yes, we all think the neck is the neck of who we all think it is.

Marion Cotillard is about to join the show and we need to see her shake things up!
