For over 25 years now, the annual BET Awards have celebrated excellence in Black culture among musicians, actors, journalists, politicians, athletes, celebrities, and more public figures. And while the ceremony itself is a highlight every year—I’m still not over Beyoncé’s first live performance as a solo artist post-Destiny’s Child, her now-iconic 2003 BET Awards rendition of “Crazy In Love”—it’s the red carpet that often produces some of the most memorable moments of the night.
Attendees just go all-out with their looks for this event, and the red carpet for the 2026 BET Awards did not disappoint yet again. Bodies were on display, thigh slits were sky-high, and everyone’s glam team had put in the work. Rapper Doechii was one of the only celebrities who chose to go archival for the evening, and Keke Palmer walked the carpet in a Gucci dress. However, many guests went with interesting, lesser-known designers who created beautiful custom gowns that are very much worthy of your attention.
